Very nice Hotel. Great employers. The Bistro lady was exceptionally nice! The shuttle Driver was very prompt and nice.

Quality hotel experience. Selection of parking area was flexible, alleviating the concern of “those are airport parkers” when other hotels have longer term parking in an isolated rear corner or backside of the lot. Well done, Courtyard.

This was a great place to stay through Sleep/park/fly, the night before our trip. It was a good deal that included parking while we were gone. We had reserved a room with two queen beds. At check-in we were told that there were no double queen rooms available so we had to share a king bed. Also, while the bathroom was a nice size, there was no place to put clothes to shower and get dressed. This is so frustrating! I hate having to put my clean clothes on the bathroom floor as there is no other place to set them or to put your toiletries. The transfer to and from the airport was prompt and the driver was courteous and helpful.

Would have appreciated some complimentary breakfast food prior to flight.

The hotel met my expectations in all ways. The only place I feel some improvement is needed is what steps to follow on my return flight for shuttle pickup. No information was provided at check in and I had to contact the hotel for directions.

Clean and updated, comfortable and kind employees! But note, the shuttle is not 24 hr!!! Stops running late at night until 0350

The hotel was clean and quiet. I do miss that you do not have a hot tub and that the lounge was not open while we were staying at your hotel.

We wee welcomed by friendly staff. Everything was clean. The room set up was comfortable and roomy. Both shuttle drivers we used were friendly and helpful. The price of the package was competitive. Our only complaint was the bed. It sagged in the middle-likely a new mattress was needed. And the pillows needed updating.
