The hotel was great but the billing was bad. They charged me the full amount and disregarded what I paid in advance. I went to the front desk to rectify this and they said they didn't know how. I called the day before my trip ended and they said they issued me a credit. Nothing on my card as of yet.

Very dissatisfied with our stay. We parked where instructed by hotel staff . While we were away our vehicle was vandalized. Absolutely no assistance from front desk . How convenient there was no camera to show our vehicle to assist the police. Now it is costing us over $1000.00 to repair vehicle.

Great service and very comfortable and clean room...wish I could have stayed longer! The only disappointment I had is that the restaurant on site had decided not to open for dinner the evening I stayed, which had been a contributing factor to my choosing the hotel. But I was able to find a restaurant close by that would deliver.

The phone in my room did not work. Staff offer a new room but I declined because I was already settled in my room. Since mobility is an issue for me I chose to stay in the room. I did not park a car at the hotel.

We had a horrible experience with the shuttle system both too and from the airport. We requested a 6:15 shuttle to the airport for our departing flight and the shuttle driver was knocking on our door at 5:55 asking us to hurry for our shuttle.. On the return, we called the front desk to arrange the shuttle as requested and we had to wait over 70 minutes for the shuttle to arrive! We called back every 15-20min. for check status and were told they should've been there and that they would have the shuttle driver contact us... no Call... after the 70 min wait and we asked the driver what was going on he told us that he was asked to pick us up 15 min ago. Extremely poor customer service! NO manger on duty at the hotel, asked for a manger to call us regarding this...NO call... very disappointed

We waited an hour for the shuttle. Called 3 times and nobody showed up so I spent $18 for a Lyft to my car.
