My Place Plainfield ad reported a shuttle. Upon arrival, their shuttle was "shutt down by manager on 7/17//2021 due to lack of manpower." This is fraudulent advertising. I had to pay $40 to get to the airport as a result My Place offered no reimbursement, despite their false advertising. Also they do not provide even coffee, let alone a hot breakfast, and they have no pool. This place does not know the meaning of hospitality! They simply made my life and trip miserable. I will not go there again!
