Our driver went above & beyond! Our car wouldn't start when we got back to the hotel. He jumped it with his own vehicle

I found the perfect solution to having a very very early flight. I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express the night before my flight - great new hotel with friendly people. Then their shuttle took me to the airport at 4 am - the driver was pleasant and made sure I knew what to do when I got home a week later. When I get home, I called and within 15 minutes another pleasant driver welcomed me home. I picked up my car that the hotel had kept safe for me and drove home.

Hotel room was nice, beds are comfortable. Hard to find a parking space if you check in later. The time that we wanted to shuttle us to the airport was full since we checked in later and was offered the next available which was an hour before our flight. No identification given for your car if you are there for park, sleep and fly and so we were not sure if the car will still be there upon our return or towed away. We made it to and back okay, with just a little stress.

Hotel got us to the airport timely. Staff was great. Rooms were what we needed.

Kind of hard to get to since many other businesses located near and could have been marked more clearly. Shuttle driver was awesome (night driver)but a little chatty for me. Return pickup at airport was easy and quick.

This was my first time using parksleepfly.com. It seemed like a win-win idea for both hotel and customer. To park at the Indianapolis Airport for 17 days, it would have cost $159. With ParkSleepFly it was $110 for a hotel night (one either end of the trip) including the parking. Wow! The Holiday Inn Express was tidy and clean - just what I expect from them. I chose to stay the night before my trip as I needed to depart to the airport at 4 am. (Note that they shuttle may have to stop at another hotel on the way when planning your departure time. We picked up 9 people, which took a while to get them loaded.) When I returned at 6 am, the shuttle driver remembered me, and invited me to enjoy breakfast before departing, as I missed it on my early morning departure. That was so appreciated! Here's what caused some trepidation. When I checked in, the front desk clerk told me they didn't want my plate number, and I could just park anywhere in the small open lot they share with Motel 6. While I understand they don't accept liability, it seems like if they are participating in the program a prudent thing would be to have the vehicle information in case they notice something obvious like a smashed window to theft. I'm a bit conflicted because I wouldn't have that same expectation at the airport long term parking lot, but that would be gated with security and cameras. I admit I hustled through my business and returned early. I do like the program's overall idea. But if I do this again (at a different hotel property) I'll research the parking situation more thoroughly and not make assumptions.

Got to hotel at 3pm, person at the desk couldn’t find the reservation and told us to come back at 5pm when someone would be in to help. Once we finally got our room, the tv did not work. We were told upon check-in that a reservation for the shuttle wasn’t required and to just show up because it leaves on the hour every hour. We got up and went to lobby just before 4 am and found out that wasn’t true and we were required to make a reservation. Upon arrival back home, I called the shuttle number and was told the shuttle would be there within 30 minutes. Once 35 minutes passed, (we were waiting in 97 degree heat btw because the pickup area is located outdoors), I called the number again and was told that he would called me back. 10 minutes went by, no call back, so I called again. No one would answer. I called 3 more times when someone finally called me back. I was then told that the shuttle would be there in 15 minutes, making our total wait time to be an hour long, in almost 100 degree heat.

Wonderful hotel! Wonderful breakfast! Very accommodating! Quiet! Shuttle was very helpful.
