Beautiful updated room. Convenient transportation to and from airport

The only thing I didnt like is we had to wait for the shuttle an hour to come pick us up when we got back

I expected the same type of La Quinta hotel I have stayed in the past. A room with a bed and tv and a separate L-shaped couch with a second tv. This was not what we got. The room didn't even have an alarm clock, a blowdryer, tissues or any towels of any size. When we returned from our trip, I spent 30 minutes trying to call the hotel from the airport and no one ever answered so I called an 800 number and was told a car would pick us up in 15 to 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, no one ever showed up so I tried to call again and finally got through only to be told they hadn't sent a car and it would be another 15 to 20 minute wait. We ended up calling an Uber because we were tried of waiting. Will never stay at this hotel again. Would have given 0 stars if I could.

Not good. No soap in bath . only 1 washcloth & towel. Holes in the sheets.

The hotel was satisfactory. The facility is definitely showing its age.

Communication is difficult when English is not first language. Driver was appropriately careful driving in snowy conditions…but had his phone on speaker and chatting with family, not in English…our car’s battery was dead from frigid conditions while we were gone and concierge at hotel lobby graciously let us stay in lobby while waiting for Triple A to come. Rooms were adequate but showing signs of wear and lack of attention to details. I like this site for parksleepfly options, but will not use this hotel again.

I meant to stay at the La Quinta Lynhurst and accidentally booked the one on Executive Drive. Big mistake. I had stayed there several years ago and it was decent. It has gone downhill big time. Our room had no chair. There was a huge area of the room with nothing there and could easily hold a sofa much less a chair. There was no hair dryer in the room. Had to call the desk and they delivered one that was designed to be mounted on the wall. They only provided one wash cloth and one face towel. There was no lotion. The breakfast was minimal - waffles, cereal and rolls. We were told the shuttle would go every 20 minutes or so. Turned out that it would be 45 minutes. Almost missed our morning flight. When we returned, I called for pickup and could barely understand the person on the phone, I finally got him to understand we wanted to be picked up. It took over 30 minutes and it was 9 degrees at the time. I had to keep going outside to see if they were there because the vehicle was an unmarked grey van. Not easily recognized as a hotel shuttle. I will not stay there again. Something should be done to differentiate this from the other La Quinta that is less than a mile away and is much better.

Everything went well with this park, sleep and fly.

Extremely dirty. Many many safety violations. Non working toilet, stained carpets and chairs in the rooms. Very very angry

This hotel is undergoing renovations and it desperately needs them. The carpet is old and dirty throughout the building. The smoke smell that others mentioned was not there in our room but it overall was not a super clean place. The beds and room were clean enough but I didn't even want to lay bare feet on the carpet because it looked so gross. I give three stars because my car was safe there and the shuttle service was timely.

The hotel is incredibly dirty and nasty. I will never stay in a la quita again. I know better but I was drawn to the fact that website says 24 hour shuttle service. It’s not - it’s on a schedule first come first serve and they couldn’t accommodate my family so we had to wake my 7/9 yr old children an hour earlier than I wanted.

Everything was good for the price. The tub had some type of dirt stain and a dirty towel had been left in the bathroom. Other than that, it was okay for an older place. The staff was friendly and the shuttle drivers were great.
