When I asked for a handicapped room I expected, (I guess in error) that the room would be on the first floor. Certainly not on the second floor AND not near the end of the hallway far from the elevator. Not very practical for a handicapped person! Apparently the shuttle service you use did not arrive so one of your own personnel had to take us which was fine as he was extremely helpful and got us to the airport on time. Your survey does not allow for a "does not apply response)
