Beds were uncomfortable. Hotel was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle to the airport was ready when we scheduled it. The hotel provided clear instructions on how to notify them when we landed. The shuttle was there to pick us up within 10-15 minutes of our call to inform them we’d arrived and had our bags.

The hotel and parking were excellent except for an issue with the shuttle. Even though the web site does show the shuttle as 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM there needs to be some compensation or alternative option when a flight is delayed other that "So sorry get a taxi!"
