The room was filthy. Hair clumps on the floor. Dirty bathroom. The floor in the bedroom hadn't been swept in awhile. Beds were small and very hard. Lights blaring in from the outside made it impossible to sleep even with all the shades drawn. Front desk clerk forgot to tell the shuttle driver to come get us at 1am so we sat outside alone at pickup in the middle of the night. The best thing about this hotel is Darren the shuttle driver. He is outstanding.

Everything went as expected. The room was nice. The motel was quiet during sleeping hours. The driver of the shuttle was friendly and helped with luggage. We left on time and was picked up in a timely manner from the airport on our return flight. The car was fine during the time it set at the motel while we were gone. Good Experience.

The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. The only issue I have is that the shuttle to the airport smelled so bad of smoke! Also, our car got a big door ding while it stayed at the hotel.

Very well done - great place and great people - I had a flat tire when we got back. I wasn’t strong enough to change the tire but the staff loaned me their personal items to provide better leverage - when that didn’t work - the lady at the front desk loaned me her personal tire pump. I aired the tire, jacked up the car and the driver helped me look for a cause for the flat. Finding none, I lowered the car and was on my way. Way above the call of duty. Awesome

The hotel was close to the airport and easy to get to right off the interstate. We also ate a pub close to the hotel. The shuttle service was great bringing us right back to our car and helped unload our luggage into our car. I look forward to using your facility when we go again.

Hotel was fine. After returning and calling for shuttle the receptionist didn’t tell the driver then made up a story about how he had just come back on a run (when I called 3x then she finally answered-after initial call for pickup). So it was close to a hour after we deboarded until we were picked up (at 1 AM).

People were pleasant and helpful. Got in about midnight and we’re given a suite where one of us could be in another room when awake with jet lag. Hot Breakfast was delicious with ample choices. We’ll definitely be back!

Hotel was nice, people working there were efficient and friendly, breakfast was a nice variety and tasty. Shuttle driver to the airport was friendly and competent, driver who picked us up when we returned was friendly and actually there at the curb by the time we got our luggage
