Older property but clean room.

This was the worst experience I have ever had..I use La quinta all over the country ..but never again!.The front desk person Misty very rude and unhelpful...when I spoke to her about not being able to return on time..we were still charged for our room .from beginning to end..we were treated awful...the place is dirty..the customer service stinks!..If your staying with Laquinta stay at Plainfield this one is awful

The shuttle was available promptly at 4 AM as we had requested. Also at 11 PM when we called from the airport. the drivers were very courteous. The hotel was clean and the check-in process prompt.

Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Hotel was clean and older. Work out room needs to be fixed up.

The hotel was clean and the room was spacious and comfortable. We were taken to the airport at the right time and the driver was cordial and helpful on both trips.

Hotel is in need of an update. Old furniture, carpet stains, and heat/AC unit tricky to operate. Beds were reasonably comfortable, but room had a musty smell. The shower did not work well and the pipes made a lot of noises- something our “neighbors” probably didn’t like at 4 in the morning. We will not be staying here again.

Very basic hotel, clean, with breakfast included. That’s al we needed for the night.

Definitely an older hotel, but fairly well kept. Since we were just staying for one night before heading to the airport to fly to FL for a cruise, it was good enough for the price, which included parking for the week that we were gone AND shuttle service. We had one complaint, that the shower wasn't draining properly and by the time you were finished showering you were standing in water over your ankles. Then it was very slow to go down for the next person to shower and then again, standing in water. During check-out we informed them of our problem with the shower, so hopefully after we left they called in a plumber. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and use them again for my next trip, however, if I have the same problem next time, I'll be done using this hotel.

Friendly staff, clean room, nothing fancy but close and convenient to the airport. Breakfast options available early with prompt and courteous shuttle driver.

Didn't have a great experience last time I stayed at the La Quinta but this time was no problem at all. The only problem we had was the shuttle never came to pick us up at the airport even after making two calls. Had to get a uber. This time shuttle was perfect

The girl that checked us in was horrible. She gave us no directions on where to park for the park and fly, where our room was located, or how billing worked. She explained nothing and barely answered questions when asked. Our room appeared clean, but smelled horribly of mildew. We didnt even take our shoes off except once we actually got into bed. The only positive experience was our shuttle pick up was quick and efficient. She was very nice and professional.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. And so were our shuttle drivers.
