Room was clean but you could not adjust the air conditioning. Freezing cold in the room when we got there so I had to unplug the Unit. On our return from Florida I called the Hotel for the Shuttle and I was advised that there was no shuttle so I had to call and pay for a Uber which was very upsetting. I will never use this Hotel again.

I don’t know how this hotel received so many good reviews. The bedding was stained, the furniture was worn, there was a missing outlet cover. My family went to the pool and there were dead cockroaches in the pool. It was rough. We were asked to pay $10 for the shuttle to the airport which I was surprised by since I thought the shuttle was included in the fee for the hotel. The van they used to shuttle us had broken seats in the back. I sat on broken, folded up seats so my children could have seatbelts. Upon return, we called the hotel for the shuttle to come pick us up and was told it would “at least 30 minutes. I don’t know” so we ended up calling Lyft. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Driver was friendly and on time. I wish the hotel provides service to the shuttle more often. Red engine light and bad tires make us feel unsafe on that vehicle. I am glad it did not broke between the hotel and the airport. It was the same shuttle one on the way in and out.

They hotel employees were friendly and effecient. The only negative was there was no one to clear the snow. We stayed the night before an early flight due to weather issues-many people got stuck in the parking lot in the evening and morning...

Breakfast not served until 6:30 and most people fly early so not other options like a bag to go. First room given at 11:00 pm was not cleaned by housekeeping that day.

The hotel itself was good but our room was not. The only reason we did not ask to be moved to a new room was because we were settled in before realizing the issues with the room. There was trash and some random t- shirt behind the sofa bed. Ice bucket never cleaned out from previous occupant. Went to take a shower and discovered a half used shampoo and a tub faucet that only half shut off so when taking a shower, there wasn’t much water pressure. Also the tub drained very slowly so you were left with ankle deep water when you were finished with the shower. Discovered that the bathroom door stayed in the locked position from the outside. Last, discovered stains on the comforter which we flipped so they were at the foot of the bed so we could just get to sleep! Did address these issues with staff before checking out.

Thanks to the Mgr. I had made a mistake on my reservation making it a week ahead of the date we arrived and was charged for a no show. he listened and gave us a comp on our room. Him and how nice the room was will bring us back. Steve Murphy P.s. Your shuttle guy is great.

Needs updating really bad. The shuttle to the airport was on time and takes about 10 minutes to get to the airport from this hotel. The shuttle service coming back to the hotel was worse than expected!!! Called for pickup once we got our bags, remember this is a 10 minute trip from the hotel. After about 35 minutes of waiting we called hotel to ask where the shuttle was, she said that he left once we called the 1st time. I questioned her about that and her reply was he left when we called in. After about another 15 minutes of waiting he finally arrived and was unapologetic about our wait!!! Will never use this service from this hotel again! Don’t waist your money on them!
