Good value. Simple and convenient.

Hotel needs updated but parking was good and shuttle service was on time and very good

It was the best thing for me since come from out of town, everything went smoothly, now that’s the only way I’m going to travel.

Older hotel, but room clean. Desk staff very friendly and helpful.

Stayed one night before a cruise. Hotel overall is fine. A little run down but okay Pool area is loud because you are right off the highway. Pool area could use more umbrellas. Restaurant at hotel was good. When we tried to call for our ride from the cruise port back to the hotel the number went directly to voicemail. So we took an Uber. So I would not depend on getting back thru the hotel.

Great staff, great location, perfect for the night before you fly. Not fancy but works for a trip plan. Shuttle was an uber so less than a 5 minute wait either way. This was the best parking experience

The hotel was decent but the mattress was in need of replacing. A lot.

Perfect for an overnight stay before or after your trip. Cleaning and front desk is very pleasant.

This is a converted Day's Inn, and all in all - the room was quite comfortable. The front desk staff was nice at check in and check out. We asked for a recommendation for a local Cuban restaurant - and happy that we called before going because the had a cover-charge just to get in and eat. Only positive/negative is that it's close to the airport - but you hear the planes all night. No breakfast - but they did have a pot of coffee and some pastries. Better than nothing at all - but not much! I thought the hotel had their own shuttle bus - but they use Uber to get you to and from the airport. Unfortunately, driver did not speak English, or know how to read "Bahama Air" - so he dropped us off 8 doors away from where we needed to check-in. Luckily, we had left plenty early for our flight - but no fun dragging out luggage 1/2 way around the terminal.

Hotel is a little tired but the staff went above and beyond helping with the terrible shuttle service.

The room was ok, but the parking experience was superb.

Clean, no frills hotel. Good bed, nice tv and the bathroom and shower were great. All that you need for a quick stay overnight before flying out the next day. There was a bar attached, very handy!

Definite signs of wear in the room, but it was clean and comfortable. It was also quiet, which I appreciated after my trip. I had difficulty with scheduling shuttles due to my phone being very old and not supporting Whatsapp or chat functions and ended up taking a taxi back to the hotel when I returned.

Normaly when you travel with 4 people, the transportation applies to all 4. The others, who did not book thru Park Sleep Fly, but rode in the same car were not included in the transportation, and after phone calls, a separate fee was applied to them. This was unusual from past experiences.

Park Sleep and Fly worked perfectly for us. The communications for arranging our Uber pickup from the hotel and from the airport were spot on. Although the hotel we chose was a little old, it was clean and the hotel staff was helpful and nformative. The attached restaurant & brewery were convenient. The whole experience gave us peace of mind. We will definitely use Park Sleep Fly for future trip.

I did not realize, I would be using an Uber, when I made the reservation. The whole process, was made Very easy, with the exceptional professionalism of Jeff, (sorry I do not know his last name). I was concerned about how I will be picked up at the airport, I sent Jeff, all my flight information, and again, the whole process was absolutely flawless. thank you Jeff, Sincerely, Cleveland and Tetyana Walters.

Clean and very friendly staff

Hotel and staff were acceptable. At the airport on our return we were unable to make contact with the shuttle service. Had to take a taxi back, otherwise service was satisfactory.

The only thing was the shuttle was an Uber service. Not a BIG thing, but was surprised it was Uber and not the "normal" hotel shuttle service I have been used to. The Uber service picked us up and took us to the airport and from airport back to the hotel. In both directions, the service was timely and efficient.
