Enjoyed our stay. Staff very nice and helpful.

The Hampton was actually closed so they kindly transferred the reservation to the Fairfield. Due to Covid-19, there was no shuttle service, but the hotel staff arranged for a couple vans to transport our group of ten and a ton of luggage.

amazing beautiful accommodations - new - clean - covid though manages to have not many people staying - parking lot secure - when we came back sunday nite to the sheriffs at the front door it was freightening but we got our car out - hotel was closed because covid? was not sure i understood but it looked empty. very bizarre. hotel shuttle was NOT running due to covid and we had to uber - coming back no uber and had a taxi. crazy

We were doing Park/Sleep/Fly. The reason we chose this hotel is because the website stated that the shuttle ran from 6am to 10pm. Upon check in, the desk gentleman told me that that was not the case. Due to Covid the shuttle ran from 9am -6pm. This guy said that there was nothing he would do for me, We have never stayed here before and the gentleman didn't provide us with the needed documents for parking the vehicle on sight. I didn't know I needed anything until the next morning when I asked the front desk gentleman if any documentation was needed. Needless to say I will never use this hotel again, I would not recommend it to anyone either.

Great place to stay. Wow the planes fly so low there but it is by the airport. Rooms were clean and staff terrific!

Our stay was perfect for getting a good nights sleep and getting to and from the hotel to the airport. The shuttled worked great. If we need to fly from Miami again we will use the Hampton Inn and park sleep fly package!

Very clean and affordable. Our car was in a secured location the entire time we were gone. The shuttle left every 1/2 hr and when we landed, we called and they were there in 10 min to pick us up. I would use time and time again. Highly recommended.

JUST ADEQUATE.

Our room on the first night of our stay, December 29th, 2019 was great. Well lit, clean, comfortable. Our room on the second night, January 6th, was missing a standing lamp in the corner and was quite dark. However, the personnel were very pleasant and the hotel property is well maintained overall. Parking in the locked lot was easy. The shuttle to and from the airport was prompt.

The clerk at the check in desk totally misinformed us as to the return transportation from the cruise terminal to the hotel after the cruise. She told us that payment was required at check in time and that the shuttle would pick us up at 10:00 at the same drop off spot at the cruise terminal. She assured os of this repeatedly. We waited for an hour with no pick up. Called the hotel and was told that there was NO return shuttle service back to the hotel, by the answering person, who was confirmed to be at the Hampton Hotel. This was totally opposite the information we received on check in. She repeatedly confirmed NO PICKUP at the cruise terminal supplied by the Hampton. This is not what your ad promotion promises. We were stuck with an additional hour wait in the taxi line and a $50. bill to return to the hotel to pick up our vehicle. I discussed this with the clerk, who said, "Oh, we do not offer return shuttle!" "The other agent was wrong!!!!" Well thank you very much. We will not use this program again and will be sure to advise our associates not to. A very dissatisfied customer.

Just great for leaving vehicle, shuttle service near perfect, loved room.
