The room was very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Parking was available close to entrance. Shuttle was on time.

Really loved this hotel! Friendly staff, clean hotel, plenty of parking! Shuttle driver was quick to pick us up. Tried to rebook for our next trip in April and was sad to see they aren’t on the list to book. Not sure why. I highly recommend this hotel!

Loved the hotel but the shuttle did not work out. If you call the hotel number, it is not an operating number. I ubered back from the airport.

Room was clean, surprisingly quiet given all the noise and hubbub outside. Many food options within walking distance although on the other side of highway. Staff at front desk were very helpful with this info. The only down thing was finding the entrance to hotel as it was not easily obvious when driving through rush hour traffic.

We loved the hotel. Our room was great. Front desk was fabulous. Had to take an Uber to MIA because the hotel van service did not start until 7 am. I could not submit this survey without the van service question so I said it was on time. Very nice hotel with plenty of restaurants nearby. Hotel bar is great as well. Did not have breakfast at the hotel but great that it is available. Love the AC vibe.

Beautiful clean hotel with large comfortable rooms. The bartender didnt speak English or pretended that he didnt so that he didnt have to answer any questions or be personable.
