Other than having a hard time getting through to the desk for a airport pickup and getting customer Service only to be told to keep calling until someone picks up because they ( the customer service department) couldn’t help me, having more than ONE person on the hotel check in desk may make it easier for customers!

Great rooms and customer service. Very close to airport...complimentary UBER!!

Nice, clean hotel. They use Uber to shuttle to/from airport which is a great idea.

Love the ALOFT hotel! We will definitely use this one again! A little confusion on the return shuttle from the airport back to the hotel, but we sorted it out quickly.

It was 4 of us flying overseas staying for one night before fly. Great location. Clean beds. Good amenities. Parked our car for 9 days with no parking issues or concerns. Transportation was our BIG concern. With 4 of us having suitcase and hotel sending Toyota Corolla to pick us up there was no way to have 4 adults and suitcases. When asked for support we were told to figure it out. We ended up ordering Taxi to take us there. I am used to Van transporting to airport. Uber service may work for 2 adults but not family of 4. Same happened on the way back from airport. Toyota CH R was sent to pick us up even after requesting larger vehicle. It was very stressful expierience and not the best way to start vacation. We paid for taxi out of pocket which was promised to be included.

All went fine until our airport pick up at the end of our trip. We told the hotel we had three groups of 4 adults with 6 suitcases in each group. This wasn’t an issue when we were first taken to the airport at start of trip with large SUV’s But when we called for pick up after the trip we explained the same number of people and luggage per vehicle but were sent 3 compact cars. We had two groups holding luggage on laps and squeezing in and two people left behind entirely where we had to call hotel for another vehicle. It was extremely nerve wrecking while panicking in the airport Uber traffic line to figure out how to get all of us back. My husband and son stayed behind waiting for us to call hotel. Definitely will not use this place again. Huge disappointment.

Great proximity to airport. Would have been nice to know ahead of time the hotel does not have shuttle service. Instead, they order an Uber. However they do not ask how many people or luggage the guest has. This was an issue on our way out the first week as we got a small car with 4 large luggage and carryons as we were gone for 20 days. The staff could be friendlier at the hotel. ( That’s a Marriotts issue)

Nice, clean, updated hotel less than 5 miles to airport.

I love the park fly concept. We were in Europe for two weeks and it was convenient to leave our car and shuttle to the airport. It helped to stay overnight on return since we had a two hour drive home with Jet lag. The hotel was ok. Marriott always has the best beds and this hotel was no exception. If I had a longer stay though this hotel was not for me. Very minimalist and kind of dumpy and dirty, but it served its purpose for us.

The staff was wonderful. The room was great. Plus we specially enjoyed the service back-and-forth to the airport. Definitely will recommend and use again.

This hotel was fabulous! The building was clean and beautiful but the best part was the entire staff that I had contact with. Every one of them was friendly and helpful.

Rooms were clean. The lighting was the problem. There was no way to leave a light on in the bathroom as a nightlight without leaving a light on in the room

A little noisier than most airport hotels. Nice Lobby. Coffee service Airport Uber service not working so we had to book our own and submit receipts

Parking, flying and sleeping were fine. Got double billed from hotel. Not so fine.

This is our third time using Park Sleep Fly at Aloft. It's quiet, clean and the beds are great. Previously they had an airport shuttle, now they use Uber, not as good, we actually just arranged our own Uber for the return

Room was clean and comfortable, staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. I will use again as it made my trip a lot easier.
