Everything went well ... the only thing that could have been a problem was that they didn't get my reservation sent to them by ParkSleepFly. I'm glad that I printed out my receipt! Otherwise, very easy and worthwhile!

A 3 1/2 star hotel at 2 star prices! No major issues and I will stay there again when I fly out of the Miami airport and need a place to leave my car behind.

Hotel was clean and in a safe area. However the room smelled a bit but it was clean. I would give 5 stars if there wasn't such a smell in the room and that we didn't get TWO notices to pay for parking there since I paid for all the days upfront. Still waiting to hear from someone at ParkSleepFly to answer me. I don't like the 'on the hour' pickup but it was easy leaving for the airport but we hitched a ride with a friend who rented a car to our car at the hotel instead of waiting.

The girl that checked us n was wonderful! The shuttle service was terrible! The guy didn’t show up and several of us had to ask the desk clerk to call him. When he finally showed up he took his grand old time going in and punching in on the time clock. Several groups called an Uber and left before he got there. He kept saying I can only take 10 people and as many times as we all kept saying there are exactly 10 of us He couldn’t understand. Finally after the 4th person explained it to him and some of the guys started loading the luggage he got it. We were way behind and everyone was getting anxious. The delay resulted in being in long lines at the security gate. Although the hotel was great we would definitely think twice before using this service again.
