The hotel was very nice, clean and well maintained; however, I did have a problem. My husband is diabetic, and had a full prescription in the refrigerator at the cost of $580. We did not realize he had forgotten it until we were on our flight out of the country. When we got back to pick up our car, I asked if they had saved it. His name was on the prescription. I had no messages on my phone either. They had no record of it being found, so we are out almost $600.

My stay and parking was fine, but I feel I was a bit thrown off about the shuttle service, was told to make an appointment, I made mine for 11:30 a.m. and when the shuttle showed up, he wouldn't take me bcuz I was by myself, I was very upset, they ended up getting me an uber too the cruise port and when I called too be picked up, they said I have to get my own transportation, so I ended up spending $65. on a Taxi too get to my car, which was at the hotel, very disappointing, being that I already paid around $250. for my stay and parking, so I wasn't happy at all
