We absolutely loved the hotel! The only problem we had was that we decided that we would liked to stay one night upon our return after we booked the original trip with one night prior to trip. We couldn't find a phone number or email address to add another night. The other thing is, we found that the shuttle service didn't run as advertised and it was $35.+ Each way to take a cab to and from the airport. The hotel wasn't able to give us one more night at the rate that we paid for ParkSleepFly's hotel and parking for 8 nights.

great hotel, so comfortable and staff was very helpful. ParkSleepFly was a great deal, however, the shuttle was not available during our stay so this was an unexpected added cost for taxi and that was expensive because it was 25 minutes from airport. The wording made us believe there was a 24 hour shuttle, but that was not the case.

Lovely clean hotel with large room The reception staff were very helpful and pleasant and it was great to be able to leave our car- free- for 6 days. The shuttle to and from the airport was free also. Great service! Definitely will stay there again. Bonus- the man at reception on our departure told us a great way to avoid rush hour traffic on our way out of Miami

I was extremely please with the hotel, the atmosphere and staff. I would recommend Marriott Airport West-Doral to anyone visiting Miami.
