The hotel gave us great customer service and kindness from when we came in, did have an issue, and until we checked out! The manager and front desk were very accommodating, helpful and kind.

The hotel room was fine but there was no shuttle service. We had to pay $40 plus tip each way to airport and back. Very unhappy with service. Probably will never use again.

The hotel itself is lovely! Room was spacious, great amenities. We stayed for a weekend trip away so we could leave our car there and shuttle to and from the airport. The 3 star rating is because the shuttle was not running and they would not provide any alternate means of transportation. So yo Uber back and forth cost me the same amount as the room!
