Hotel and staff were great. Shuttle does not run from 11 pm to 5am. Our flight came in at 1130pm. Raleigh no longer has standing cabs. Finally got a hold of a cab company but needed an available driver. Waited at the curb from 1145pm to 130am before picked up. Couldn't get ahold of hotel for assistance.

Quick check-in, comfortable room. Airport xfer went well. Only waited 15 minutes at airport to be picked up, very pleased. We definitely use hotel next time we fly out of RDU

Rooms were nice and clean! I don’t like any mattresses at most hotels because I’m spoiled with a sleep number bed so I didn’t rate on that. It is always convenient to do the parksleepfly when you have an early flight!

Little upset that the hotel did not run shuttle service to airport between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. and we had to get Taxi that took us to wrong hotel, same name but wrong location.

The staff at the Fairfield Inn was amazing. So helpful and pleasant. We had to change our return reservations by a day and they easily accommodated us. Also the shuttle driver was really nice and helpful, too. Next time we travel out of Raleigh, we'll use the Fairfield Inn Park and Fly options again.

Fairfield by Marriott at RDU/Briar Creek is an extremely nice hotel. We were greeted promptly by desk staff who answered all of our questions about the shuttle and return. A newer hotel with a great breakfast. We will return the next time we fly out of Raleigh.

This worked out well for parking at RDU for 7 days. Booked the room and had parking plus the shuttle. Didn’t see this option in the hotel site.
