very fast and convenient. Staff at the front desk and driver were very friendly and helpful.

Room was clean and comfortable. Parking was great.

Overall trip was Great. Hotel room nice and cozy.

Older no fuss hotel near the RDU airport. Clean and fairly quiet. My only complaint is that upon arriving back into RDU after being gone for 10 days and having our car parked at the hotel, I was told that as we arrived at 11:00 pm, we would not be picked up by the shuttle. When I initially called the hotel when we arrived I was instructed where to wait and after 20 minutes of no shuttle van, I called again to be told we were on our own. We were able to get an Uber and returned to our car. It would have been nice to have been told that the shuttle didn't run that late when we made the initial arrangements.

The room was good. There was a problem with my key in the morning. I came out to move my car and my key would not work anymore. It didn’t work even after the front desk gave me a new key.

Thanks so much for being there. Our flight was cancelled and you accommodated. Service was great.

Nice hotel

Old, tired, and dirty. When we checked in, there was no one at the front desk. The plexiglass wall they have for safety was filthy. We rang the bell three times, waited 12 minutes, and finally someone came down the elevator and waited on us. Would only give me one key card (there were two of us). I told them at the front desk we needed a 6:30 am shuttle in the morning. We got downstairs at 6:20 AM and I said I need a shuttle at 6:30. She called somebody and they were arguing on the phone about the shuttle. Shuttle came at 6:37 and took us to the airport. They told us that when we got back from our trip, to wait until we got our bags, and then call the shuttle. It would take about five minutes. When we returned I called them from outside the airport and said we need a shuttle. She said 10 minutes. I called 15 minutes later and said where is the shuttle and she was very rude and told me it takes 20 to 25 minutes. I responded to her that she told me 10 minutes. She said he had other drop off and we weren't the only people. After 40 minutes of waiting, during which I tried to call the hotel twice and there was no answer, we ended up taking an Uber for $12. Horrible experience, I will stay anywhere else but here. Seemed like a good idea at the time to be able to park there for free but ultimately it wasn't a great deal!

Staff was very nice. Facility a little rough….in need of trim painting, etc. The room was in better shape and appeared renovated. However, there was tooth brushing spit residue on the nozzle of the sink…..ewwww. When I called for pick up, hotel couldn’t locate my paperwork and she had to enter it all again.

My battery was dead upon arrival and employees said I should call a friend instead of trying to help me. I was flagging down people in the parking lot and across the road. Someone came around back to "help" me from the Wendy's across the road but he actually was hitting on me, was creepy and eventually left once I declined getting in his car. I ended up calling Uber to go buy jumper cables and then the Uber driver was kind enough to give me a jumpstart.

Wonderful shuttle

Hotel room had that damp/moldy smell that stays in your clothes for days. It took the shuttle 40 minutes to pick us up at airport. Way too long to wait for a 5 minute drive to hotel.

I would not recommend this establishment

This is the gift that keeps on giving. We enjoyed our Hotel stay as well as the wonderful transport service to the airport and then to our safely stored car upon return. Thank you
