My second time staying here, and this time with my husband. He enjoyed it as well. We will definitely be back!

The rooms were clean. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was a great extra of our stay!

We were at the Staybridge Suites - staying the night before our trip. We were greeted warmly upon arrival, our room was satisfactory and we were told where to park our car before departure. Last evening, we arrived at RDU and I tried calling as the luggage was arriving for pickup. The phone rang and rang and rang. We headed to area 7 for hotel pickup. No shuttle van was in sight for the Staybridge, Hampton or Holiday Inn Express who share a shuttle. I called again and the phone rang, and rang and rang. After 10 more minutes waiting and a final attempt to reach the Staybridge, I called the Hampton Inn. The gentleman who answered said he’d send the shuttle and it would be another 10-15 minutes.

So the morning of our flight to leave we didn't have to wait at all. Coming back we got to the airport and called, got put in hold for at least 5 mins. So we called back maybe thinking they forgot to come back to the phone, but they picked up and put us back on hold for 20 mins at least. We ended having to get an Uber because they wouldn't answer. Other than that everything was fine.

Hotel was clean, great location and the front desk receptionist was outstanding. Shuttle driver was on time, courteous and friendly. I will definitely stay there again.

Price was excellent and staff very courteous and efficient. One cockroach but otherwise a good room.

During the Social Hour a group came in and were very loud and sat right at the table where the food was. I didn't eat anymore and left ASAP.

They were amazing.

Would give 0 stars if I could. The room was horrible with ripped carpet. Light shining through window with drapes that did not close and a toilet that made so much noise when flushed it woke up others in the room. The shuttle service never came to the airport on our return and no one answered the phone so we had to take an uber back to the hotel to our car. Would never use this hotel again.

Very close to airport. The staff and transfer driver were very friendly. Very accommodating.

All things excellent, except breakfast. Many things missing or slow to be replaced in the middle of their service hours.

Great stay at Staybridge

Loved the location, shuttle to airport was great , room was spacious and staff was VERY helpful. Will definitely use this hotel fir future airport travel.

Good place for a good nights rest before heading out on a flight. Everything was clean & comfortable. There must have been a miscommunication somewhere on our beginning shuttle service- we talked to the desk staff & asked what time we should take the shuttle for a specific flight. Shuttle was at least 20 min late & had to be called. Shuttle service on return was excellent!!! & cheerful!!

Clean, comfortable, quiet room with everything I needed for a quick overnight stay before my travels. Very nice.

What a deal! Two nights of lodging, 19 days of parking, happy hour, breakfast, shuttle drop off and pickup and super friendly helpful staff! All for less than $250!

Excellent and professional service. Will definitely use again every time I fly.
