Hotel was clean and updated. Staff was friendly.

This is the best anyone can ask for. I have been telling everyone. The customer service was excellent. The gentleman that was on when we arrived went above and beyond and we thank him immensely. He was the best.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Clean, spacious, modern rooms.

Overall met our expectations. Hotel was clean and staff were personable. Shuttle from hotel to airport was on time and driver was cordial. Only complaint was that the shuttle returning to the hotel from the airport on our return was obviously not a hotel vehicle and we had to wait about 25-30 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. Would stay here again.

Best option when traveling and needing a place that is reasonable priced for your vehicle, I would use them over and over

Our check-in failed to give us the info we needed to use the ParkSleepFly. When I went back to reception there was a different person and she gave us the proper paperwork and instructions. She was wonderful, but I didn't get her name. The breakfast was okay. Rooms were nice.

Our flight was delayed on our return. We landed at 2am. We ubered back to the hotel. Service was prompt and great on our departure.

The hotel was very clean and the room comfortable as well. The entire staff from the front desk to the airport transport driver were exemplary. All were friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

It’s the perfect way to fly! Get a great night’s rest, and then get dropped off directly in front of your terminal! Loved it!!

Worked out great. Nice evening in hotel. Free breakfast. Car was safe and in the same condition as we left it. Was offered coffee and free breakfast when we returned to get our car

During check in, the lady at the desk wasn't very pleasant. She said I had two rooms booked. Not sure why but she said she would cancel it but never did. She also new we were leaving at 5am the next morning for the airport. Because we had a discussion about it. She never notified the driver of the early pickup. so we had to wait. I had to cancelled the room the next morning and let them know of our early departure. The gentleman that morning was most helpful and was very apologetic. After arriving back we called the hotel for 15 min with no answer. finally got through just to find out shuttle was broke down and we had to catch a cab. we had to pay cab then go inside to get reimbursed. The Parking area for park and fly was as far away from the building as possible mot a pleasant experience.

This was perfect place for me to spend the night before my flight and then park my car for 6 days. Rooms are very comfortable with everything you need, hot breakfast in am very tasty and if u come on Wednesday, dinner is free also. Shuttle both ways was prompt. All staff very customer oriented. Will be back!
