Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms and the parking lot seemed safe. I thought I would have to park in the back of the hotel, but I was able to park my car right in the front.

Very nice room. Great shuttle service. Was disappointed that the bar was not open on weekends 😕 That's crazy.

The hotel and staff were very good. We miscommunicated about my airport pickup so it took over an hour for me to get the shuttle.

Every thing was great!!

Hotel was clean and provided a nice breakfast. Shuttle was accessible from 4 a.m. to 1 a.m. which was great since we left early and came in late. Shuttle and hotel staff were very nice

We always love staying here right before our trip. We really like that there is bar and restaurant on site and James is amazing! The beds are very comfortable and we’ve always had a good night sleep before our flight. The shuttles are prompt and all the drivers have been extremely nice and helpful. We feel safe parking our car for the duration of our trip as well.

It was great as usual. Nice room slept well excellent shuttle service everyone was very nice and helpful. The return shuttle was delayed due to traffic which was terrible. It was not the fault of the shuttle service

I made a reservation about a month in advance of my travel. When I arrived at hotel early afternoon I I was told they would not have a shuttle driver available for over two hours. Clerk told me she couldn’t help me as although shuttle service was advertised as daily until midnight, it was only when they had a driver available! Be aware—Not What Advertised!!!

Staying at the hotel the day before the trip was perfect. Nice clean rooms, and the pickup the next morning at 4 am was right on time. The driver said he was called in on his day off, and that should have sent warning bells. When I called for pickup, which was supposed to be available every half hour, I was told to go to a zone we couldn’t find, then told another zone, and finally told there wouldn’t be a pickup for a couple of hours. We ended up having to get two lyfts for our family. A very surprising and disappointing end to our trip. The only thing the desk said was that they were supposed to have someone and she didn’t know what happened. It’s hard to rate when the first half was great and the last half terrible, but at least it was better that this didn’t cause us to miss our plane. We’ve done sleep park fly before without any issues, so we would likely try it again.

Nice hotel and prompt shuttle service to and from airport. Shuttle runs as early as 4 AM which was helpful for an early flight.

Hotel nice. We have stayed there many times but shuttle service needs work. Shuttle t airport was fine but we flew back in on Saturday at 11am the hotel did not have shuttle driver and refused to call us a cab.
