Clean, comfortable, convenient. Good value. Exceeded expectations. Friendly staff. Excellent shuttle service.

Bed was comfortable but carpet was dirty with multiple red stains that looked like blood. Room 307. Counter clerk was on a personal call the entire time she checked us in and never asked questions about our preferences. I called the shuttle driver from the airport, who waited just a few minutes and then left as we were crossing the street to get into his vehicle. We waited 25 minutes for him to pull up the second time and actually saw him drive by us and didn’t even look over at the zoom three area people waiting. He played vulgar, profanity, laden, rap the entire trip to the hotel. Staff did not replenish breakfast items with 40 minutes left in the breakfast schedule. Overall, the hotel was a disappointment and we will never stay there again.

Nice hotel. Customer Service was good. The rooms were a little out dated. The carpet in the hallway was coming up in several areas. Breakfast or snacks was not offered for early morning flight guests. The shuttle driver was a little late for the 4:30 am requested time but it took 10 min for him to return.

We have never used the park and fly option and what a brilliant concept! It saves a lot of hassle, trying to reserve airport parking.

The best part is the staff: kind and responsive. Our shuttle drivers were efficient . Hotel parking was easy and safe and the hotel clean.

Front desk staff was very friendly and professional. Shuttle driver was courteous and prompt. The room was nice and bed very comfortable but carpet in the hotel is old and needs replacing.

Stayed at the Country Inn Suites in Raleigh, everything worked out well. Our flight was too early for the hotel shuttle, so we used Lyft for a ride to the airport. Coming home, we just called the hotel and their shuttle came and picked us up.

Hotel room was very dirty. Drapes did not block parking lot lights. I was bitten by a spider. Front desk staff member was exceptional and gave great customer service at check in.

The staff went well beyond their duties! My mother is handicapped and wasn’t able to get up in the shuttle van, with many attempts . The driver and the front desk associate were so helpful, when we realized our defeat, the shuttle driver went and grabbed his personal car and took us over to the airport. If it wasn’t for the two of them we would’ve missed our flight. I don’t know their names but we are so grateful for their service.

The shuttle service was fabulous and Hotel was very nice.

Hotel was perfect for our overnight stay. . .making flying out of RDU so easy (RDU is 21/2 hours from my home). Comfy room, comfy bed. Shuttle was on time and the driver was great. All good experience and our car was safe and fine left for the week at Country inn.

They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Staff friendly and helpful. Flexible parking for parksleepdly. No quick bag breakfast for those who had early flights. Breakfast scheduled to last until 9, but there was very little selection left by 8:30. The room we had before the trip was quite acceptable. The room (212) after the trip was dirty (quite dusty and dirty socks on the floor by the nightstand. The electrical outlet between the beds had only one functioning outlet. That room was next to the elevator shaft. On a busy night that would be quite disturbing. 212 is a room to be avoided. Courtesy van was very convenient.
