Overall good experience with the park and ride and staff at the hotel was wonderful and had a great breakfast included. The hotel itself was a bit run down and needs a makeover.

Very disappointing, green pool, only one elevator working, whole in hand towel in room😔. Also no shuttle between 12pm thru 4 pm. Front desk had to call us an Uber so much more work for your girls at the front desk.

The La Quinta had friendly and helpful staff. The shuttle service to and from the airport worked out great for us. We left our car there while we were gone for 8 days and it was exactly as we had left it when we returned. The hotel was very busy so we felt our car was safe with so many people around. We were supposed to have a king room but were given a room with two queen beds. We were so tight from our travels there after working all day that we didn’t even notice until we had unpacked. We had an early flight the next morning so we didn’t even mention it to the staff. The beds were comfortable and the shower had great water pressure and was very clean. There was a nice coffee area in the lobby and an assortment of breakfast items as well.

We were yelled at by the van driver for not speaking up. We were with a group going different directions. He told us he did not have a picture to know who we were and yelled at us saying he did not have to take us. I told him he was on his phone. We were standing by his van. He left us. We had to get a Uber.

Room gross, pool disgusting and closed. No shuttle upon return to the airport, but the hotel ordered an Uber for us. The front desk staff was kind and helpful, but we would not stay again. Parking was fine.

La Quinta is a very nice and clean hotel with an ok breakfast. Our only disappointment was with the shuttle service. When we came back their shuttle does not run from 12 to 4 or 4:30 and I did not pick up on this when making our reservation. You might want to reconsider the times as we won't use this hotel again if our flight comes in during those times.

Nice clean room with well-lit area for parking. Check-in was flawless and the entire experience was outstanding. My sister call the park/sleep/fly experience the beats idea she has heard in years.

Everything went as planned, the accommodations were as expected, our ride to and from the airport was smooth, the drivers were courteous and prompt and my vehicle was safe for the entire week!

The halls were a bit dark but the staff exceeded every expectation, from the front desk clerk to my shuttle driver. Excellent service outweighs lighting. I will be back!

Hotel was clean, quiet. We called for an Uber because we had an early flight and the hotel shuttle was not available early enough to take us at the airport.

Overall it was very good. We did not realize we needed to call for the shuttle at the end of our trip, we thought it just ran every 30 minutes. But as soon as we did call, the driver was there in less than 10 minutes and very helpful.
