Nice clean room, nice helpful staff, and nice continental breakfast. We took 6am shuttle service to airport.the shuttle was waiting. Did not use the shuttle back to hotel because we returned by ship, and they don't pickup from Pier. That would've been a plus. There are few restaurants within walking distance. Very Good.

Other than the fact that they schedule their shuttles on the hour instead of as needed, it was fine. I would use a hotel that offers more frequent trips to the airport. We waited almost an hour.

booked hotel end of may/12, received a reminder email of reservation shortly before.hotel did not have our reservation when we arrived. theychecked, phoned etc. hotel was full. ended up in a handcap room with 1 double bed instead of king. i ended up sleeping on the floor, as my husband is bigger. not happy!

this is my second time using Park sleep fly. the first time I had trouble with the deposit not being applied to my bill but I thought it was a one time deal. This time AGAIN the deposit was not on my bill and the hotel did not want to include the cruise port shuttle as is listed on web site. So the next time I'll be dealing directly with the hotel not using park sleep fly again.

The Hampton Inn was easy to reach. Check-in was quick. They had coffee and cookies in a nice size lobby. The room was very nice and clean and they had free wi fi in your room. Nice flat screen tv. The shuttle to the airport and back to the hotel ran smoothly. It is a good Park N Sleep value and I would stay here again and recommend it to others traveling.

Hotel was charging us again for the prepaid taxes we had already paid and showed them our record to validate. They refused to delete the charge and was nasty. We loved the hotel and cleaniness. The front desk person refused to admit she was wrong and the taxes had been prepaid since June 2012. They also charged us for shuttle services to cruise Terminal and we paid for them to pick us up. our car was left, as part of the park sleep and stay. Usually, shuttle service is included in hotel cost. We paid $24 each direction, plus tip. Otherwise hotel was great.

When we arrived at the hotel they only had one room where we booked 2 it took an hour to resolve the issue - the shuttle did not pickus up on our return so we had to pay for a taxi

I paid for a cruiseport hotel and searched for a cruiseport hotel and was directed to your website. I purchased this hotel based on my search and ended up 30 minutes from the cruise port. I had to drive to the cruise port and pay for parking near the pier which cost an addtional $66.00 for the week. I arrived at the hotel at 11:30 p.m. and there wasn't anyone at the 800 number to answer. I will NEVER USE YOUR SERVICE AGAIN! AND RECOMMEND THE SAME TO ALL OF MY CUSTOMERS. I felt like I was given the old BAIT AND SWITCH! YOU GOT ME ONCE BUT NEVER AGAIN FOR A CRUISE!! I CRUISE ALOT, INFACT I AM CRUISING AGAIN IN NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER!!!
