Holiday Inn Express Miami Doral - Miami International Airport

I choose this hotel because the hotel site said their shuttle service started at 6 am. Guess what there was no shuttle service offered at all. The staff at check-in was not apologetic or even nice explaining there was no shuttle service. The man in the morning when we left the hotel didn't even look up from his computer. We didn't have a car of our own to use the parking services.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The staff on check in and out please thank. On arrival at MIA I called the hotel and was told the shuttle would be there in 20-30 minutes after waiting 40 minutes I called again to be told the shuttle was just leaving the hotel. It only runs every hour in the advertisement for the hotel

The hotel is clean, updated and comfortable. WiFi was a good strong signal. And the breakfast is quite tasty. The ability to leave our car there while we were on holiday overseas for 3 weeks was a super plus! ( we booked that thru Park,sleep,fly as one package price)

The hotel was ok for hol. Inn Express and they took us to the airport but they told us they would not pick us up at the miami pier on our return on apr13 so that blew the value of ParkSleepFly and cost me another 48 dollars for a taxi return to the hotel.

Room was great! Staff were excellent, very helpful and informative. Shuttle service was great - very little wait time.

ParkSleepFly worked beautifully for my 14-day cruise out of Miami. I live in central Florida and drove to the Holiday Inn Express Miami Doral for an overnight stay and to hold my car. Staff was very helpful and it was close to the airport. I could not use the complimentary shuttle on the way out due to an early flight, but did use it for my return. I would definitely do this again. Accommodations were clean and well appointed.

Hotel was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The parking lot was crowded. I did not use the shuttle; I used UBER to get to and from the airport. Your survey does not allow such an answer.

The room was a bit outdated. The bathroom was not up to my standards. The front desk people were really nice and helpful.

This hotel is right in the heart of Miami traffic but just 5 or 10 from the airport. The staff is courteous and the rooms are quiet. The shuttle to the airport was great. It is on the hour and you make reservations. The staff directed us to City Walk and it was wonderful lots of stores, restaurants and entertainment all about two blocks away. Parking is available for the week but spaces are very small if you have a suv and there is no protection that we saw. I’ll write more when we return! Supposedly parking is free and so is return shuttle Also breakfast was wonderful but no cafe or restaurant in the hotel
