Service slow toilet seat in bathroom was broken.

Hotel was ok

Very helpful and courteous. Hotel was clean and welcoming.

Cannot see outside. The windows should be changed.

The check-in guy was very nice, however, the hotel room was in need of a total renovation. The backing on the curtains was peeling off and the parking was way overcrowded and unorganized. The driver of the van to and from the airport was not very nice or helpful. I would stay and park somewhere else.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the shuttle service was prompt and it even has breakfast included.

Hotel was fine. Parking was great. We waited 45 minutes for the shuttle at 10:30 at night on a Friday. The airport was not busy. We were told the shuttle would be there in 10 to 15 minutes. We finally sent for Uber. We will not stay at this hotel again because of the horribly slow shuttle service.

The front desk had a hard time finding my reservation. The room was not overly clean. The shuttle never came to get me from the airport, even after I called 2 times. When I called the 3rd time, no one answered the front desk. After an hour of waiting, I finally took a cab. When I requested a reimbursement for the cab ride, I was rudely told the shuttle was free and that they couldn’t help me. I will never use this service again.

The carpet was dirty. The tub was disgusting. There are COCKROACHES IN THE ROOMS. NEVER WILL I STAY THERE AGAIN.

Nice hotel. Parking might be a problem late in the day.

This hotel looked a lot better on the website than it did in person. The rooms were not very clean and there was trash under the bed from a previous guest. The windows are not well insulated and we could hear a lot of airplane noise.

Dirty hotel. Shuttle van the same also had low tire warning light and check engine warning lights on.

Hotel was clean and staff was helpful. Scored a 4 due to very small parking lot to maneuver in. Other than that it would have got a 5.

Hotel was under remodel construction- things were a little rough; should be better now.

Nice hotel. Shuttle driver was on time to/from airport and great driving. Front desk clerks needs to explain services/return better and provide card with phone number to call upon return.

Dated furnishings. No shuttle available for very early morning departure before 6 am. Used Uber service. Upon return, I had to contact hotel to request a shuttle. Took over 30 minutes for service.

Breakfast started late which meant no meal before a long day of travel. The girl at the front desk was clueless as to any question I had.

No Reservations When we got there despite the confirmed reservation. Clerk was no help, had to get a manager to help resolve. Review of hotel and room, this was not a hotel I would have stayed at anyway

Very disappointed

Hotel was good overall. The only negative I have is the information required on the parking tag. I didn't like that other people can tell how long my car will be parked there.
