The hotel location is close to the airport. The receptionist was friendly and the guy who drove us to the airport was also very nice. Will definitely stay with them again next time we fly out of Houston.

The room was clean and the outside noise we minimal. Good service, friendly employees. The shuttle driver was very considerate and gave good service. When we retrieved our bags and walked outside, he was there waiting and took us straight to our hotel.

The ac stopped working after we were there 4 hours. We immediately called. They kept telling us to “reset it” and wait 15 minutes. After more than 2 hours and four calls with no working schedule in 90 degree heat, we switched rooms at 2 am. No breakfast at all as advertised, not even cereal. Called 5 times for shuttle. Ugh!!!

It worked for closeness to the airport for a very early flight. However the hotel itself was “very tired” and needs to be refurbished. Very old and dark and dingy. With that being said the staff was helpful and the parking was great.

An excellent experience; had an international (early) flight and I live 1.5-2 hours from airport, depending on weather and traffic. Considering what one pays for parking, this was an excellent option. Friendly van drivers, helpful also. Would do it again.
