Very unsatisfactory. Dirty, mildew and smoke smell, worn out mattresses. I recommend you drop this property from your program.

Great experience. Only problem was that I missed my shuttle to airport that left 5 minutes before I booked it. The person the night before said it would be there 15 minutes early but did not say I should be there early so I had to pay for cab ride to airport. Only suggestions to make it clear to anyone booking ride to airport. Everything else was excellent!

The staff lost our reservation and when I provided the number from ParkSleepFly, he suddenly found it, but he charged me $20 more than what my agreement said. He gave me a king room instead of 2 queens for 4 people then tried to argue when I came back to the desk. He then looked at my reservation agreement again and corrected his mistake. He told me they would give my parking pass the next morning, so I came down early the next day, and another employee claimed he didn’t have a password he needed to provide the parking pass. He took so long trying to get the password from his manager that the airport shuttle showed up, and I had to leave. He told me it was fine to park there for a week with no pass, but I worried during my trip that my car would be towed. I called before our return flight, and the third employee I dealt with didn’t want to check and make sure my car was still there. Finally, she agreed to walk to the front door and look outside and tell me she could see my car. I’ve used another hotel in the Houston area for parking before, and would certainly choose it before ever staying here again.

Stayed Jan. 1st . There was no water in the morning. We were told that we would be getting a refund but that did not happen. After several phone calls, we are now expecting a $40 reimbursement. The manager, Alex, was somewhat indignant and stated that the water came back on at 9:AM. That did not help us as we had a long road trip ahead of us and needed an early start. After waiting and waiting, we finally left at 8:30am. Breakfast was terrible. No waffle batter, only 4 muffins. Bread was crusts only. No cream for the coffee, just milk. Shuttle service was unavailable. After repeatedly telling them our name, they finally agreed to send the shuttle. After a long wait, we gave up and took a cab. Won't stay here again.

Hotel staff was very friendly. Parking and shuttle transfers were very easy and timely.

It was just what we needed!

Hotel was ok. Nothing fancy but we didn’t pay for fancy. They were out of anything to drink in the vending machines but we were able to walk across the street to a convenience store and buy some water.

Staff was great.

Hotel shuttle service was down when we got back so we have to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel and pay $20 for a 2 miles ride.

The room we stayed in at the start of the trip was excellent. The one we stayed end at the end had a few problems. The A/C needed service and the shower head had a leak that sprayed water all over the bathroom. I'm pretty sure the friendly staff would have given us another room had we asked, but we were frankly so tired after our flight that we didn't bother. We were aware that they were housing hurricane evacuees and wasn't sure if they had more rooms.

It met our needs, and the parking part was very easy and I felt safe leaving the car there. However, the hot water in the shower left something to be desired.

Rooms need some updating but clean. The tubs need new anti-slip protection on the surface. Way too slick.

Hotel service was good, no issues, Outgoing shuttle was waiting on us. pick up was slower but he was very busy. Both drivers were great. a terrific service, will use you again!

Great Location. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

This is a nice, comfortable hotel and close driving to eating establishments. We were able to get a good night's rest and get to the airport easily via the hotel shuttle. Our car was safe parked for 7 days. When we returned to the airport, we called the hotel and the shuttle was there promptly. This isn't our first or last stay at this hotel. It's a great choice.

Easiest trip I have ever taken! The proximity to the airport was awesome and the hotel room was clean and comfortable. The. Shuttle ride was short and convenient.

Great stay! Made traveling to the airport so easy and stress free. Would definitely stay again.

Really nice hotel to stay

The hotel was in fair shape but was in need of a good cleaning. The signage and and exterior needed painting. We used the shuttle for our departure but We used Uber for our trip back from the airport because of all the bad reviews of long waits. The price of $144 was too much based on the poor quality of the hotel. It is about a $60 hotel based on my experience. The hotel was close to the airport and our car was safe there for the five days we were out of town.
