Best Western Houston Bush IAH Intercontinental Airport/Humble - George Bush Intercontinental Airport

Hotel was clean and lobby (and staff) was welcoming. My room was clean and quiet, bed and pillows were comfortable. Shuttle to and from airport was reliable with friendly drivers.

Overall, clean rooms, good service. The gentlemen at the front desk were super helpful with both getting us a shuttle from the hotel to IAH & also getting the shuttle from the airport back to the hotel.

Great clean helpful breakfast was ok. Staff was great. Room were cozy

The reservation worked well. Very easy and everyone was helpful. The hotel did a good job of taking care of any concerns I had. Just a note: My car is still in the parking lot at the hotel. I am currently in Guatemala and all flights are canceled till the end of the month. I called the hotel and they said don't worry about my car. It will be fine till I return to the state's.

Needs renovation

When we arrived they did not have our reservation. There was no number to call parksleep fly. Finally they found it.

Smoke detector was missing with wires hanging out of ceiling. Mold growing on the bathroom wall. Picture had been removed leaving the hanger on the wall. Room was musty. Shuttle was great, reason we chose this place.

The first night we stayed we got woke up by people fighting, yelling and cussing . The manager was called a total of 4 times . Then the fighting moved from the 2nd floor to the front on the building . This went on for over a hour and half. I even called customer service with a major complaint!!!! The hotel is also due a major renovation, very dated ! I have used this hotel many many times but I can honestly say I will never be back again !!!!!!

Awesome stay and park experience! I parked at the hotel for 3 weeks and stayed a night before departure. The stay was nice, the room was clean and quiet. The bathtub was chipped, stained and old and the shower head blasted water forcefully ( but excellent scalding hot water if you enjoy a real hot shower) . The breakfast was adequate for a quick bite. As I had to catch an early morning flight and the shuttle was in early I grabbed a banana and coffee was prompt out of the door. The shuttle service was quick and efficient, gave me the number to call on the return and shown where to stand to catch the return shuttle, I took a snapshot so it helped on my return. The parking is open, however there are a lot of trees for shade. I got a parking against the building wall so it provided adequate shade. The return the shuttle service was prompt I got the shuttle within 3-4 minutes of calling for it. Over all a good experience. Will use it again for parking and taking a ride out of Houston.

Shuttle to and from the airport was "on demand" and quick to show up. Parking was in front of the hotel rather than behind or to the side, so seemed pretty secure. Room was good, particularly for the price. Arrangement allowed us to stay slightly more than 2 weeks, something some hotels don't alllow for airport parking.

The convenience and hotel staff were fantastic; however I would not book again due to the quality of the hotel. While it was clean, there was a terrible musty odor in our room and the AC did not cool sufficiently. We were tired and did not bother reporting the problem.

Hotel was clean and very close to the airport. We will definitely use them again the next time we fly.

Rooms smelled of mold and mildew. A plug in fragrance was used to try to mask the smell but made it worse.

Not worth a star in reality. First off the room originally given on first floor had no window locks. Then realized most rooms don’t secure properly. Second, rooms had mold in bathrooms and on some sleeping area walls. Holes in walls, elevator randomly worked. Staff were helpful and shuttle was great. I have stayed at a Baymont before and it was in much better condition. Will never book this location again.

Was not happy with the inappropriate flyer left on my vehicle and when it rained it is now like paint on my windshield!!!! NOT COOL!!!

The hotel said they didn’t have my reservation although I had the hard copy in my hands. I appreciate the shuttle service but one of the drivers kept complaining about their job which I felt was unprofessional.
