The Holiday Inn Express was great, and I would stay here again. On our return we flew in at a time when afternoon rush hour traffic was at its worst so the shuttle time was a little long which was to be expected. Our shuttle driver both to and from the hotel was excellent. Rooms at the hotel are clean, comfortable, and up to date.

We ended up having to leave the car for extra days due to hurricane Harvey and being re-routed to another airport when returning back to Texas. We contacted the hotel to let them know what was going on and they were very accomodating.

Very nice hotel and attentive staff. The check in person was very helpful and talked with us about our vacation. The driver that took us to the airport was engaging and accommodating the driver that picked us up from the airport would not talk to us. I asked what was the best route to I45 and he did not respond. He just grunted, so he heard me. That was the only dissatisfaction I had. Great accommodations got me to the airport on time and picked us up at the airport within 20 mins. Would stay there again.

Everything was great with the experience. Staff was very kind, the shuttle was timely, and the room was clean and comfortable.
