Shuttle took me to airport but wasn’t running at 1pm so I had to take a taxi. Will not stay there again

During an international trip, I parked my car for a month and it was safe. On return I stayed for the night. Reasonably nice and quiet property with spacious rooms. Courteous reception staff. Shuttle service was not available around flight departure and arrival times due to COVID related restrictions that I was aware upfront. Airport was close and quick ride by cab. Decent overall experience at that price. I am convinced to use this property for my future travels and I would also recommend to others.

I chose this hotel mainly because of the shuttle, however, this was completely disappointing and not what was advertised. When I arrived after traveling, I was told I would have to wait an hour and a half for the shuttle to pick me up. When booking this, it was advertised that the shuttle ran every hour, as well as on demand. I arrived back to Houston just before 4:30pm and called to request the shuttle back to my car. I was told that I would have to wait until 6pm for pick up. This is absolutely not acceptable. I ended up having to take a taxi, which cost me more money than I should have had to pay.

Poor quality hotel. Shuttle to and from the airport was not available so I missed my flight. Was initially told they had no shuttle due to covid 19. Eventually they called a person from home who took me to airport late.

The front desk clerk did not write down our information so the shuttle knew when to pick us up for the airport. The same situation happened to another couple so the morning staff called us a cab. In addition, when I went to check something the evening we checked in, they were not to be found and a staff person helped me. At that point, the desk person did appear. She had been on her phone.

The facility is very clean and room is very nice to stay in. I stayed one night and it was a great experience for me. The hotel is on a great location and well protected with security. I definitely recommend and will stay again if I am flying from Houston. Pick up and drop off were very timely! The staff members were very nice and accommodating, truly made a difference.

Nice room. They do need more than one luggage cart with a flat tire that can never be found but otherwise very nice. Felt safe environment and quiet.
