The hotel was nice, and the staff were helpful. The workout room was extremely hot with no access to a thermostat. Additionally, we were told AFTER arriving that the shuttle only ran until 8 AM. Since our flight was not until 12:10, that was not an option. So we had to pay for an uber going, and coming.

Hotel clerks on arrival night were extremely slow, unprofessional, and not very knowledgeable. Clerks the next morning were friendly, competent, and answered all questions.

Shuttle service from airport was horrible. Driver needs to know the name of the people they pick when the group is more than 5 to make sure they get into the shuttle together and not allow others to jump in before the group who have called and reserved the shuttle before team. The drive allowed them to get into the shuttle when they had just arrived off their flight and we had arrived at 620 pm and was told we had to wait until 720 pm and then when the shuttle came at 730 pm we had to wait again till 820 pm because he allow others to get on the shuttle because they were more mobile then us and we had a 2 year baby and someone in a wheelchair. The group who go in before us had 5 people and 4 other person got on also.they had no wait but we waited 2 and 1/2 hours. Not a good accommodation.

Hotel had a lot of things closed. Staff was a bit slow at check in. We were overcharged what we were quoted when we booked. It said after the deposit that we owed a certain price at the hotel and we were charged more. Found a spider in my bed. Other than that it was a nice room.
