24 hour shuttle lady was a dude mean lady. I complained to hotel but they wouldn’t give me number to supervisor. Our plane was delayed for 2 hours and when we called at midnight to come get us she wouldn’t come to the gate and expected us to come to her. And when she finally came to get us she screamed at us and insulted us because she said we was t where she wanted us to be. I will never use their service again.

Probably would not stay here again. Lobby was closed. Had to check in from a window outside. Neither of us could hear each other very much because we’re talking through a glass window. Took nearly an hour to check in because she couldn’t find my reservation even though I showed her the reservation number. Standing outside in the heat for about 45-50 min was not fun. The free breakfast option was eliminated because the lobby was closed. This is not noted on their website. I needed to print out some paperwork that was urgent and needed for our travel. It was not available until after we had left the house or I would’ve have printed it beforehand. She had to get special permission from the manager. He granted me access if I came alone and wore a mask. Business center composed of a computer with a printer on a desk in the corner of the lobby. It was so slow, I was still waiting to log in by the time another family member meeting us at the airport had opened the email I forwarded to him and printed out everything we needed for all 3 of us. We used the shuttle service to and from the airport while our car stayed parked at the hotel. The shuttle was on time on our way to the airport but we waited 40 minutes at the airport for the shuttle to bring us back to the hotel to get our car. The room seemed clean. The AC worked good and we slept well our one night there. However, due to all the other items I mentioned, we probably will not stay here again.
