Parking facility is perfect but to exit from there was terrible experience. We choose to spend a night BEFORE the flight so our plastic door keys were taken back upon the checkout and when we returned after vacation they printed for us the EXIT pass on the soft piece of paper and gate control machine could not read it for unknown reason, the phone connection of that machine to the lobby did not work, so my wife had to go to the lobby for help and they told her to push the button on the gate to open it, and she came back and we could not found it cause there is NO ANY BUTTON ON THE GATE to push! She went to the front desk again and she was told the same and they send maintenance guy to show it to us, and he also did not found any button to push neither on the gate nor on the machine which controls the gate. After all the maintenance person found the key slot on the machine, inserted one of the keys from the whole bunch attached to his belt, turned the key and the gate was finally opened. After our Mexico vacation we were wearing a very light cloth to handle -10 degree C properly which just added even more stress to that situation. Anyways, that 'Exit Parking Lot' procedure is very wrong in general, so please do something to make it more friendly to users. The rest of our staying in your hotel was just fantastic!
