read a few reviews of the hotel prior to choosing it and it is neat and clean and kind of plain in an industrial area not too close to any restaurants or amenities and i was content with it. Found the staff helpful ..gave decent directions to nearby restaurants and answered all my questions well. The room was neat and clean the bed was comfortable and the parking was right behind the hotel. The parking lot is packed and difficult to manuever in especially when snow and ice are present. On the return the shuttle picked us up within 10 minutes of our call.... driver was friendly helpful curteous and safety conscious. Our car was in the same condition as we left it two weeks prior so overall it was a fine experience and i would do it again. Thank you

Hotel staff was very helpful. Room was basic and clean. I asked for help with parking because of ice and snow and received it. I parked for 10 days with no worries, arrived at midnight and drove home with no problems. ParkSleepFly proved to be an excellent choice for me.

La chambre sentait le renfermé, le réfrigérateur était bruyant, le stationnement n'a aucun bon sens comment c'était serré. Ils te font signer un formulaire comme quoi ils ne sont pas responsables de vols ou de vandalismes à ta voiture. C'est très rassurant!

The bed was comfortable but the air in the hotel is bad and overall the place looks run done. The service was okay but they misplaced my car keys and had no idea where my car was parked. The parking lot itself was dark, icy and difficult to walk around. I definitely would not recommend the Baymont to anyone.

Hotel was average but typical airport hotel. Lobby furnishings were very cool. We waited an hour for a pickup upon our arrival home!! Had to call 3 times. When we arrived at the hotel our car was not there, had to call towing company and it’s wasn’t there either so had to call police as the reception said it was stolen!! Turns out the hotel had towed some cars to another lot without informing any staff! We arrived in Montreal at 8:00 on and did not leave the hotel until 12:45 am the next day!! We had to drive back to Ottawa Very very poor service

Rooms OK. Long term parking was a nightmare. It had snowed and the long-term cars were snowed in. They had cut a very narrow path down the rows; I could barely turn the corner with my truck. People were upset.

The hotel has been refurbished with a retro 70’s style. We had read several poor reviews and were pleasantly surprised at it’s the quality of the room - definitely clean and safe. The staff were very helpful and the shuttle was on time both getting us to and from the airport. The only downer was the parking lot. There was minimal maintenance for snow and ice removal which made it difficult to get in and out of a parking. . Thank goodness my daughter was with me to help direct as I wiggled in and out. Would be perfect during non winter weather!

Ma voiture était ensevelie soir un tas de neige. Nous avons dû faire appel à CAA afin de nous sortir de cet endroit. Une autre voiture, tout juste en face, était dans un état lamentable.

Good, place to stay before a trip and shuttle should be bigger.

Hotel was fine and people were nice. Shuttle was efficient but the parking was abysmal. Sorry, it was not just due to the snow. The parking was so tight that there were two spots that I could not even get into and I have a small car with four wheel drive. The spot I finally chose, I knew I could get out of because I tried it twice. When I arrive back from my holiday, it takes three people directing me and 12-15 back and forths with full cut on the steering wheel to get me out of the spot! Brutal. There was a van beside me and a CRV behind me and there was just not enough room to manoeuvre. I will not go back there and would not recommend it to anyone. They need to reorganize the parking lot, simple as that!

The hotel was unprepared for the snow. I was unable to safely park, there were no cleared parking spots. Staff directed me to a temporary parking space and I left them my keys so they could park my car once they cleared a spot. When I came back from my holiday my vehicle had a large scrape on the front.

Functional, basic amenities at a competitive price.

We call two time to have a shuttle from the airport and we wait 1hours!! We call 1more time and they told me to wait 30minutes more .... ridiculous

Parking lot was a nightmare . Huge amount of snow between and around vehicles narrow rows and not much effort seemed to be put into removing it. Rom was very clean. The bedding was itchy on the skin. And we were in room 106. Renovations were going on most of the night outside the room and the hallways around it. Very loud . Good shuttle. Clean and fast
