Chambre confortable, repas au resto très bon. Mon seul bémol… le réveil demandé à la réception pour notre départ tôt le matin n’a pas sonné. Les conducteurs de navettes sont très gentils et serviables.

The only thing I liked less is that there should be more "luggage racks" to transport them. We had one available upon arrival at the hotel but for our departure, in the middle of the night, we had to make several trips because there were none left at the reception. For all other points, the hotel satisfied us very well. I would recommend it to anyone, in terms of value for money.

La chambre, le service et le restaurant étaient très bien ! Par contre, nous avons attendu la navette du retour pendant plus de 1h30 malgré les nombreux appels faits à l'hôtel. Nous avons trouvé cet aspect très décevant.

The check-in process went pretty smoothly and the room was massive! My whole family was blown away by the size of the room. My issue was on our return when we wanted to take the shuttle back to the hotel to pick up our vehicle. I didn't know how to call for the shuttle, so I called the hotel, which immediately put me on hold. I waited for 15 minutes and then tried again, and again directly to being on hold. My wife remembered that the airport had a specific location where hotel shuttles go to pick up travelers. So we went there and of course everyone else on the flight was going to the same hotel. Based on the number of people, we wouldn't be getting on for at least another 2 shuttles. So we took a Uber to the hotel and when we got there, we noticed that the hotel had 2 shuttles, but only 1 was running. I think that when a flight is due to come in you should have enough drivers to handle the load of customers returning to your hotel.

Hotel staff were not friendly and responsive. They aren’t rude but they act like they don’t want to be there and guests are nuisance. No good morning , no have a good day, none of that. Unlike any other Hilton I have stayed.

Horrible stay. Pool and spa closed without notice. Shuttle to come back we waited 1h and 30 minutes and I called twice. Could not get out of the parking had to go back inside to get a New coupon.

On a été très déçus par le service de navette à notre retour de voyage! On a dû prendre un taxi tellement c’était long!! Finalement un service qui nous a couté beaucoup plus cher que prévu!

The hotel itself is OK. unfortunately, they have a major problem with theft of cars from their secure parking lot. Our car was stolen from the gated lot the same day we parked it there on a 10 day trip to Europe. While the hotel staff was very apologetic, in talking to them on our return it turns out this is a quite common occurrence. Our advice to other travelers is to avoid this hotel at all costs if you intend to leave your car there.

J’ai été déçu le vol était en retard et il voulait me charger des frais de retard . On a entendu 1h la navette j’ai téléphoné 3 fois pour savoir ce qu’il se passait et le chauffeur était très bête et tirait les valises. Les autres navettes ont passer 3 fois sa aucun bon sens. Je ne retournerai pas à cette hôtel
