Older hotel but in good shape. Two stories but no elevator so if you have limited mobility make sure you request ground floor. Travel to/from airport was by taxi and you are given travel chits. Do expect a moderate wait at the airport to get a cab back to the hotel when you return as it's a very popular mode of transportation. Parking was ample and no issues. Overall, decent hotel and delivered on services as advertised.

Our vehicle was stolen while parked at this.hotel. No security camera footage available. We were told this is common at this hotel.

We did not stay for long as it was an early flight and the emergency alarm went off twice throughout the night, along with the smoke alarms. It turned out to be some sort of power issue but we weren't offered any sort of apology, let alone a discount on our room fee. The only reason I didn't complain at the time was that we were parking there for the week. Disappointing stay and won't be going back. Room was mediocre. Parking spots were quite limited. Had to wait a while at the airport for the shuttle.

The shuttle was fine on the way to the airport. We called when we returned to Montreal and were told it would be 15 minutes to pick up. We had to call again. Total time re shuttle 40 minutes.

My wife and I love the location and the ability to have a locked parking for our car. The room was comfortable and clean. Surprise to find a nice Italian restaurant within walking distance. Overall quite satisfied with our stay and the transport to the airport was on time at the start of our vacation and within 30 min. after our call on the return. Our new find for our next park and fly.

As a first time traveller, and alone. Felt comfortable leaving my car in the locked up gates lot. Shuttle was fast and drivers very kind, and helpful. Beds so comfy, and clean, rooms warm, and clean. Could not hear planes at night. Lots of different choices for your breakfast.

way over priced. The rooms (both) smelled of old cigarette smoke. The shuttle service is unreliable. Ended up taking an uber back to the hotel.

Overall experience was very good. The wait for the shuttle (at the beginning of our trip) from hotel to the airport was longer than expected; about a half hour, but the shuttle was waiting on our return trip. The room was modern, updated and clean; just what we needed after a very long travel day.

A little worn around the edges. Strong smell of disinfectant in the lobby. No one answered the phone when we tried to get a shuttle back to the hotel from the airport so we could pick up our car. We finally called the national reservation number and they transferred us to someone that told us the shuttle would be leaving in 10 minutes...arriving in 15. OK, but this was after we had been trying to get hold of someone using the number given us for 40 minutes.

This hotel has everything, secure parking, nice rooms, good breakfast and a very accommodating staff. We have stayed here in the past and plan on staying here in our future trips to Europe.
