Very clean room, lovely staff! Construction was the cause of delay for the shuttle but the driver is amazing and helpful with luggage! Very safe drive! My car was scratched but that’s the risk… at least it wasn’t broken into

Les chambres sont propres. Stationnement en hiver plutôt difficile, aucune section de déneigée. La navette pour aller à l’aéroport a l’heure et chauffeur très sympathique. Par contre pour le retour vers l’hôtel, leaucoup de gens attendais et le chauffeur ne semblais vraiment pas de bon humeur.

Room was fine but my rating is based primarily on the park/sleep/fly experience which was the only reason we stayed here. VERY difficult to find a parking spot despite having a reservation. Had to park at the very back of the lot and carry all of our stuff back to the hotel. System was archaic, after finding a spot and bringing in our ticket we had to walk all the way back to the vehicle to put a hand written note on the dashboard? Not sure why giving our licence plate wasn’t enough at that point. When we got back our vehicle was buried and we had to dig ourselves out. Lot was plowed but not around vehicles. Thankful we had a shovel in the trunk because no one is around to help you. Shuttle was a joke. Despite knowing our flight number and time, the shuttle we wanted was booked and they only came every 30 mins. Should have a shuttle reserved based on your flight time. Driver showed up late and was taking his sweet time despite the fact that we were all in a rush to get to the airport. I had to tell him we needed to go. Didn’t ask where we were flying to (Canada vs international) and just dropped us all at the same spot. On the way back we had to call 3 times and waited over 40 mins for our shuttle. The driver told us he was late because he was putting gas in the vehicle?? Lastly re: the hotel room, hairdryer was fried and smoking and I had to call 3 times to get a new one brought up. I was in bathroom when the guy came with the replacement hairdryer and thankfully was fully clothed because when my boyfriend answered the door he barged right into the bathroom despite him telling him not to. He refused to just switch the hair dryer and instead proceeded to test it out because he didn’t believe us and set our smoke detector off. This is all at 11pm at night. Overall we wouldn’t stay again or recommend this place. We “upgraded” to this hotel and paid $250 for convenience and none of this felt convenient. Instead it just felt like a major hassle and a brutal way to start and end our trip.

The parking was not clear of snow, it was hard to find a spot, and remove the icy snow upon our return. Looks like they only remove the snow in front of the cars, nothing on the side, which was very hard to get into our car

The Quality Hotel exceded ourcexpetations. The arrangments were very smooth from arriving to park the car through our 3:00 am arrVal and checkout. The rooms was very good and the staff were excellent.

The shuttle never showed up ,I call them twice. We took a taxi after waiting 50 minutes. We won’t be staying at this hotel ever again. Everything else was good. Thank you

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! sent my wife and daughter here for a night and parking for a week. First of all I never write these things so for me to respond please understand how irritated I am. Front desk staff was less than helpful and the entire area was a filthy mess. When asked where to park the response was we have no parking left. After some conversation they offered to take the car to their "2nd parking lot" they took the keys and car and delivered it to the 2nd lot "seemed like a nice gesture" wife and daughter went to bed as they had an early AM flight. 3 hours later they were woke up in the middle of the night being advised they had to come pay for parking NOW???? wife told them it would be taken care of when she got up to check out. Apparently this wasn't good enough had to be taken care of NOW???? Returned after a week vacation called for shuttle "no issues"got in the van was asked if we remembered where are car was parked told him we had no idea as it was parked by your staff. He advised us this doesn't happen??? there was a tag on the key that said 2nd lot and he said ohh there. We were taken to the underside of an elevated highway where the car was "hardly a parking lot". Found the passenger window down with plastic jammed in it. Driver said oh yea you must have left the window down so I put plastic on it for you. You parked it?? you left the window down and now the interior is full of salt spray as you can imagine under a highway. I am literally so mad at this point I don't have words. Please understand I never complain about anything so for me to write this believe me how poor this entire experience was POOR place all around. Will not be using this service again for ParkSleepFly to have this hotel on their recommended list speaks volumes about their lack of service skill

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Parking was another story. We needed to park off site, which slightly inconvenient when we arrived. At the end of our trip the shuttle was prompt, however the shuttle driver could not take us to our car. There was confusion and 5 couples (strangers) were stranded at the hotel. The 5 husbands ended up getting a cab to the parking lot and coming back to the hotel to pick up the wives. What should have been a half hour event turned into an hour and a half, with no compensation.

The hotel and staff were fine. The parking lot was terrible. It had snowed a day or two before we had arrived to park the car. One van in the parking lot was part of a 12 foot snowbank. Once I had returned the parking lot was ice. There wasn't any sand or salt spread on the lot making it exceptionally dangerous to walk.

Unfortunately it was the bad weather at our arrival however everything was done pretty good compared to difficulties due to weather conditions.

The hotel/staff and the shuttle ride to and back from the airport was fine. We were not impressed with the parking though. The only space left for us when we arrived was in a far back corner against a fence. We expected there to be a lot of snow on and beside our vehicle when we got back Feb 13th, but we expected the area in front of it to be plowed. It wasn’t. The unplowed area we had to try and drive through was about 15’ in length and was about 8-10” deep. Thankfully someone looking for a parking space had a shovel and after about 20mins of shoveling, pushing (and swearing) we managed to get out to the plowed portion of the lot - and our vehicle had all-wheel drive and new snow tires! Not a fun end to a great vacation.

It took us about 45 minutes to check-in. We were really tired and the lady at the desk seemed a little irritable. Parking instructions were not very clear. We ended up taking a taxi in the morning because they didn’t wrote our names down somewhere to reserve our place in the shuttle so it was full. The only spot left in the parking was beside the place where the snow was piled after it was removed from the parking. Our car ended up stuck under the snow.

Was ok. It was in some sort of construction, would need a bit of sprucing up as it seems a bit older and it is showing its age. Service was great!
