No problem with parking. Staff explained how everything worked with the shuttle. Great location (stores across the street that you can walk to). We waited less than 5 minutes for the shuttle and this was at an off time (430am). Great experience!

I thought this experience was A-1. Didn’t have to worry about driving long distances at night. Clean rooms and very comfortable beds with a breakfast to go and 2 chits for the cab ride to and from the airport . Would definitely do this again.

Great stay and bed comfort, thanks. Unfortunate that you have to rely on Taxi service for a "shuttle", as that experience then fully depends on getting a good driver, which is out of your control. Montreal Taxi drivers can be real a-holes.

We were satisfied with this property. Getting to the airport was fairly quick, and cabs were used instead of a shuttle due to COVID. I would use this property again when flying out of Montreal.

I live in Gatineau and it was perfect leaving my car at the Comfort Inn in Pointe-Claire for one week. A week after leaving my car there, it was really easy coming back to Gatineau, no traffic at all. Great service!!

Everything at Hotel was great and shuttle service to airport was good .Shutlle service from airport to hotel would have been good except cab driver was very miserable about having to take chit for $27 .We had a handicap person with us and didn t even help to unload luggage .Everything else was great
