Our stay at the hotel, was great. We were only there for one night, so we didn't take advantage of the pool or fitness centre. We parked our vehicle in their covered long term parking while we were away and we happy that we didn't have to shovel show from our vehicle when we returned to pick it up. All went well!

Even if we made a reservation directly at the hôtel on our departure day to get the shuttle at midnight on our return date. we could not cet one because the service was not available after 11:45pm. We had to take a taxi for 25$ and the hôtel refused to reimburse. The took a reservation for a Service they would not offer.

La chambre de L’hôtel étais extrêmement salle. On voyait la crasse dans le bain, couverte avais pas été changé ( j’ai faite du ménage dans les hôtels quelques années) . C’est vraiment décevant

so very convenient when flying out at YUL!! Also, our car wouldn't start after 10 days away at 3 AM in the morning and within 5 minutes they came down and jump started our car!! So WONDERFUL!!!!

Very disappointed ... No hot water on arrival or next morning for shower . When we returned from holiday waited over an hour for transfer to Marriott ( van driver took people and told us he was full ) Definitely should have accommodated every guest with larger vehicle . No help with baggage on transfer van . Very disappointed
