There was loud yelling and sounds of things being thrown at all hours of the night. Also, there appeared to be black mold on the bathtub.

Hotel was,dirty. To was dirty. Roaches,in my shower. I Will not stay there again. They could not find my reservation.

We found the hotel in poor condition. I looks like it needs overall refurbishment outside and inside. There was trash everywhere around the outside, the trashcans and dumpster were overflowing with trash. In regards to the shuttle, it was waiting for us leaving the airport, no problem there, However, when we called for pickup upon return, no one answered the phone after repeated phone calls to the hotel front desk. We had to take a cab to get back to the hotel. Upon return, we asked the front desk clerk why no answer,and were told she stepped out for a minute. It was many minutes. Will not be back to this hotel.

The hotel rooms were in need of repair. Doors were pealing at the bottom. Bathrooms were out of date. The hallways were dirty as were the public restrooms downstairs. When we returned we waited for just over an hour for the shuttle to arrive and when it did it was in a bad state of repair, Appeared dirty and seats and upholstery was worn and ragged. While I might use ParkSleepFly again I would never stay at this hotel.

This had to be one of the worst hotel rooms I have stayed in. If we weren’t leaving for the airport so early in the morning, we would have changed hotels. The door to our room had a big fresh 2 foot brown stain on it, surely should have been seen by housekeeping or management since we were only three doors away from the front desk. There were large black mold stains in the bathroom and surrounding the air conditioner. The ceiling was peeling in numerous areas, appeared someone had try to scrape some off but left many just hanging. The lobby coffee area appeared to have been raided by meth heads, any type of sweetener was completely used up and the wrappers were all over the floor. The coffee machine was broken, we asked the manager about getting it working but according to him, the only person who knew how to refill it wasn’t on shift yet. The shuttle that was supposed to depart every 30 minutes on the hour any half hour was 20 minutes late....make sure you leave early enough to get through TSA.

Noisy unruly guests, very dirty carpets, no shower curtain, bathroom door did not close properly. On the other hand, beds were comfortable (and vermin-free); breakfast was basic but plentiful. We were told shuttle would take us to American cruise lines but as it turned out that was not true. We took a Lyft instead.

It was okay, a little unsightly. Until the morning when I felt something grueling on my shoulder when I sat up...I wiped my shoulder and this big ROUCH feel to the ground. I was totally repulsed by this. I reported it to the front desk person and he acted like it was nothing. I feel when you are offering a service it should be clean and negative of all rodents.

To be honest worst motel ive stayed in ,in a long time. Would not recommend. Very poorly run,very disorganized, gave us a dirty room at 3 in afternoon, several other guests came back to front desk with same problem ,staff very rude not willing to help,hallways very dirty ,

No one came to.pick me up after a 15 hour flight. Called the comfort inn for over and hour, was disconnected. Had to pay for a cab back to hotel. Several others were left at the airport as well. Very disappointed. They should reinburse me for my cab fair.

The hotel was pretty rundown and due to the area not the best clientele. Also wasn’t told until I arrived that you had to reserve the shuttle and our preferred times were booked. We had to leave an hour earlier than planned.

Horrible place to stay! I had the change rooms due to a wet carpet that was making the room stink. Second room was no better. There was a stain of what appears to be a drink on the wall, trash on the drawer and humidity smell.

The shuttle never came. The staff at the hotel never picked up the phone when I tried to call them to send the shuttle to retrieve me. Tried calling numerous times in a 30 minute span. No answer from the staff, even after letting the phone ring for several minutes. Totally disappointed. Never again. And to make it worse, the hotel wouldn't even reimburse me for my $20 cab fare to return to the hotel to get my car! I'm taking this up with Visa for breach of contract.

The convenience of the hotel to airport was fine. Shuttle to airport was fine. Waiting for Shuttle from airport to hotel took 25 minutes. Shuttle van is old and decrepit looking and smelled horribly with smoke. Hotel is old and rundown. Needs major renovations. We were taken to our room by hotel member but never received a key of our own. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it to others.

The hotel is in need of an upgrade. I will never stay here again. The bathroom was awful. The door was hanging off the hinges and wouldn't close. I didn't use the shower because it was dirty.

My experience was not good. The facility is in need of repairs and updating. While staying there was no hot water, the corridors had no air conditioning and the breakfast that morning was not available. Coming back to the hotel after my trip, the shuttle wait was long and hot. At least 10+ people were waiting over 45 minutes and there no room for me unless people double up in the van. The van driver was pleasant.

Having one elevator out of order and the second one being used by guests as well as staff often caused serious waits. Adequate breakfast options. Very convenient location to the airport. Scheduled shuttle from the hotel was on time, and the wait to return to the hotel from the airport was very reasonable.

Bathroom smelled Garbage remained in hall all night. Our shuttle to the airport was prompt and polite. Upon our return, I called the hotel number and let it ring 3 different times until I got a response. Then the shuttle did not arrive after 30 minutes. When I called back, Iqbar at the desk told me he could not locate the driver. We took a taxi and they took the amount off the bill, we hope. We were very unhappy, since this hotel claimed to have 24 hour shuttle. I will avoid this hotel in the future.

We arrived to an un-airconditioned lobby. The staff was pleasant but the room was deplorable! The sink didn't drain, we couldn't get any lights to work, there were holes punched in the walls and the desk area had a white smeared "dirty" surface that was sticky and disgusting! We complained and were upgraded to the only room they had left which was a suite. That room was cleaner but it had ants on the one bed and crawling on the walls. The bathroom had a cockroach in it. All night children ran up and down the hall yelling and causing tons of noise. We had an early flight so we made the best of it and just left really early in the filthy shuttle. DON'T fall for the pictures!
