I experienced a number of problems and was extremely disappointed. When I arrived at the hotel, they did NOT have my reservation. I finally had to show them my receipt from Park Sleep, Fly to convince the desk receptionist that I actually had a reservation. She told me it had not been sent to them. They were able to give me a room, though NOT what I had requested through PSF. The room was OK.
I requested a wake up call, which did not happen. Parking at the hotel was fine. The shuttle ride to the airport was on time, as requested, and fine.
When I checked out, the receptionist originally gave me a bill for the full room charge. I again had to show them my PSF paperwork (showing my deposit) and they had to adjust the bill since I had previously paid a deposit through PSF. This took several minutes and more explanation. This was annoying.
When I returned from my trip, I called for the shuttle. I was told I would have to wait 25 minutes, which turned into about 50 minutes (I ended up calling the hotel multiple times to find out where the shuttle was - the receptionist seemed unconcerned ). Note this was late a night (between 1015 pm and 1130 pm) I waited outside where their shuttle location is in the cold. Within several minutes of being picked up, the driver got a call that someone else was waiting and asked if I minded if he went back to the airport to pick up someone else. I told him I did mind, that I had waited long enough and needed to get to my car. Fortunately, at that point, he agreed to take me to the hotel.
This was not acceptable service.

They left the speakers in the patio on all night. So it was a driving bass line that made it hard to sleep. Room was decent.
If you want breakfast be prepared to spend for everything.
Shuttle was confusing from the airport. Check to make sure they’re going to YOUR hotel.

The service was good. The room was excellent. The price we were told at check in was $30.00 less than what was charged on our credit card. Then our ride from the airport was one hour late. The drive was apologetic and said the hotel had not communicated with him about our arrival time. He said he did not know we were waiting. We called twice. Then they changed where they would picked us up. Which was at the other end of the airport up stairs.

It was average at best. It was clean There was no one at front desk when we were leaving in the morning Had to call for shuttle multiple times when going to Airport and then coming back to get car we took a cab cause they never showed after calling

First time to stay here for a park and ride. The room was modern and interesting. Bed was exceptionally comfy. Room was quiet. Parking was covered, which was wonderful. My only complaint was that the breakfast offerings of what was included and what cost extra was confusing and there was no one around to ask. Shuttle was extremely prompt.
I would definitely do a park and ride here in the future.

Very nice hotel. Only problem was the HVAC fan was very loud. Sad that we were unable to have breakfast as the complementary breakfast was after we left in the morning of our BWI departure. After our return flight, arrived ~5am, the coffee was not hot and the complementary breakfast started at 7am (we missed it again).

the hotel is very nice. rooms were great and comfortable.
hotel staff were very polite on our dropoff date and our day of check in a week later.
shuttle to airport was right on time. we waited a bit for the shuttle on return but it was cold, snowy. we had the same driver both times and was very friendly.

You guys are on to a germ of an idea that has legs. However, your execution is wanting. When we checked in on 4/21 the desk person said we were scheduled for the 5AM shuttle to BWI for an early, early flight. The room was fine - had a local dinner & slept. All good. We were downstairs at 4:45AM for the 5AM shuttle. We were approached by a desk person who inquired to our identity, and was told the shuttle was full - but she had called a taxi for us. The word Taxi made me initially nervous, as taxi's are terrible, but I figured she does this all the time, must have a relationship with a local service. Turns out the shuttle was full with airline crew - meaning you bumped us for your steady clientele. As we approached 5AM - they had to wait on one late airline person - no Taxi. I had the desk person call to find ETA on Taxi and they could only confirm it was on the way, not time. We were offered to squeeze into a very full shuttle, but declined because other arrangements were made., and frankly, the cost of this had already been charged to us as part of the Sleep - Fly Plan. Somehow it had become my decision now as to what to do - but the desk person did call an Uber : I called Uber using my Uber account as we didn't have time to fool around. So, the Taxi never showed up - My Uber and the Hotel Uber arrived at almost same time and since I had to pay for my Uber we took it. By now its 5:20 and the shuttle had returned from dropping off the airline crew, but since I was on the hook for the Uber cost - I took my Uber. Ridiculous. Luckily I had planned on potential failure and we did not miss our flight. So, we get back last night to BWI from our trip. I had to call twice to get the shuttle to pick up up and we waited 40 minutes for the shuttle to show up - first calling at 8:21 and finally seeing a shuttle about 9PM. The guy was nice enough to take us directly to our vehicle since we were the only ones in the van. So, the easy part of the thing, something nearly every hotel at an airport does, shuttle to the airport - was the failure point. Good idea, especially at the price point to park vehicle and get a room. We were gone 9 days. Looking forward - you should be able to track flight arrivals as well and know when a parking client is arriving. Not hard info to look up and it would improve your service. After this experience, I would probably still get the room and the parking deal, but would Uber myself to the airport, because that was a failure on both ends.

terrible will never stay again . Check in took forever . and key machine did not work so didn't get room keys till much later . Room was fine and clean No ice available said it was at front desk but out . The phone did not work (replaced battery and than worked ) asked for a wake up call NEVER RECIEVED Thankfully had a back up with my i pad . The Worst was waited 90 minutes for a pick up at the airport. was at the pick up location the whole time called the hotel numerous time was told the driver was niniutes away numerous times waited 90 minutes . There was another elderly couple who was also waiting for the van even longer than we were . and thy also called a few times

The hotel was nice and comfortable with one HUGE HUGE exception. The A/C unit was very loud and it turned on and off about once every 2 minutes all through the night. Instead of a peaceful night sleep I was up almost all night long because it was so loud. The rest of the room was great but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone based on this problem.
