Had to switch rooms once because of the smell but good enough for the purpose of why we were there.

Hotel had no extra pillows, towels or sheets. Said they were totally booked, but for a room with 4 people, we only had 2 bath towels. Shuttle wasn't large enough for all 7 of us to be taken to and from the airport together. Some had to wait for a 2nd trip

This hotel is very basic. The Inn runs on a shoestring staff although they are friendly. When we returned from our trip, we had difficulty connecting with the hotel and waited 30 minutes for a pick up. We will not return to this hotel. We will use park/sleep/ride again but will try another hotel.

Clean, and completely acceptable for an overnight stay. We had a group of 10 and they had to shuttle us in 3 groups to the airport. Limited staff….took awhile to get ahold of someone to pick us up from the airport. Shuttle drivers were great!

Check in procedures were overly cumbersome.Language difficulties! Rooms looked tired.No coffee maker.Beds were nice.Second night the room had a smoke odor.

It took over 90 minutes for them to finally pick us up at the airport when we returned. I lost track of the number of phone calls. Over 8. The temperature was over 90 degrees. Totally incompetent. Van driver who finally picked us up very nice

We have used the hotel before and we do get very consistent results. Shuttle driver in the return was great. Good experience with this hotel.

When I got to the Microtel to check in they didn't seem to have my reservation and asked for my paperwork. Luckily I had printed out my confirmation. I was given a non smoking room and when I got into the room it smelled of cigarette smoke. I went back down and was given another room.

Check in was easy and rooms were nice. When checking out the guy at the front desk told us we never paid for parking. We showed him our receipt that we had the stay park and fly package and he insisted we still need to pay for parking. He had to call someone and they had to tell him we were good. Then we needed a shuttle to the airport and he told us he was the only one working and can’t leave the desk and shuttle driver doesn’t come in until 5. We needed to be at the airport for 4am. After standing in the lobby for a half hour he agreed to take us. When returning home the shuttle came right away and was very friendly.

This hotel was dirty! After multiple attempts to get into our room, we were moved to another. No towels in room and it was filthy! We cancelled our return stay and drove home because of not wanting to stay here again
