Everything worked exactly like they it would. Great hotel and staff. Shuttles run on time.

Everything was great. This was the first time I had stayed at the airport before a flight and I will definitely do it again. Very convenient.

Hotel was very nice. Clean room. Excellent breakfast. Lights over refrigerator console way too bright and could not be turned off. Kept me awake. Quiet hotel. Shuttle process needs to be documented! Especially the pickup procedure. We asked what to do and they said just call hotel after you have your luggage. . When we called, it was over 20 rings before phone was answered. Desk clerk was not trained and couldn’t really tell us where and when we would be picked up. She really had no idea what to say or do. We were Very tired after flight and this was really unacceptable.. We took airport taxicab back to the hotel.

If you are using this hotel for the shuttle service,DONT!! I returned to the airport in the early evening and attempted to call for pickup and hotel would not answer the phone for almost 30 minutes. When they finally answered, the employee was very unapologetic and told me she had been too busy to answer the phone! I took an additional 30 minutes after that to finally get to my car. Won't be staying here again

Overall it was great. We wish the room temperature could be a little lower and that we were told about what to do when we land. It went to an automated recording and we thought we dialed the wrong number. Due to our plane being delayed there wasn't a shuttle, but we got reimbursed for a taxi.

I want to rate higher but can't. First night, awful. Loudest air conditioner unit allowed for little sleep before early flight. Return, lied to about shuttle coming. Waited an hour at 11:30 at night. Total disappointment and wrong. Night clerk said he was misinformed by driver so who knows where blame lies. Oh and why would you pick people with luggage upbeat departures, ridiculous.

Loved the hotel and the friendly people. Shuttle service was great and made our trip easy.

Overall, the hotel service was good and the people at the front desk and on the phone were extremely friendly.

Gorgeous room and walk-in shower, very clean. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was ok. Shuttle service was excellent to and from the airport. Will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time we fly!

I will begin by saying that I will NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN!!!!!!!! Now, here is the reason why. When we checked in the courteous lady at the front desk took our names for a shuttle to take us to BWI the next morning at 5:00am. She said to be in the lobby at ten minutes till. We are in the lobby the next morning at 4:50am. There was no one at the desk and no shuttle. Others were waiting as well and had made shuttle reservations. At ten minutes after the hour there was still no shuttle and no one at the desk. Some of us went to find some one to help us and a very grouchy gentleman came out to tell us that no shuttle had been called and that it was not his fault. His comment was, “What do want me to do about it?” We ask him to call a shuttle, which he did, and we finally got going about 20 minutes after the hour. We did the park and fly, so our vehicle was left there. A day before our return I called the hotel to be sure there would be a shuttle to pick up up at BWI the next day. The voice on the other end of the phone said, “Absolutely, just call this number when you arrive - 410.691.1001 - this was the same number that the front desk worker had highlighted on the card she gave me on our trip out. We arrived at BWI and, after we had retrieved our baggage, I called the number. I let the number ring for over four minutes and no one answered. We were left stranded without a shuttle. What kind of an operation is this? I took the time to confirm everything more than once and was lied to on every occasion. I won’t use this hotel again and I will not recommend it to anyone! I hope that this kind of shoddy organization does not reflect what is happening in the entire Marriott chain!

Convenient to BWI

Nice place to spend a night and fly out and will keep your car for ten days, clean and great workers.

Hotel front desk clerk was courteous and helpful. Room was clean and perfect for us. Bed was comfortable and liked that we had a small fridge. Shuttle was on time going to the airport and timely picking us back up. I was not sure where to meet for pick up but called the Fairfield and they let us know where the driver did the pick up. They were tbere quickly. Would stay again for my next trip.

Clean and staff friendly. We had an early flight before breakfast and they still meet us bag breakfast to go. Only complete was the shuttle was extremely late. The driver was extremely upset because she was given the wrong time by the hotel.
