It was so nice to be able to be near the airport when you have an early flight. If it wasn’t for the “parksleepfly” , we would have to leave our house at 2am to catch our flight. And coming home it made it easier for the family. They did not have to come pick us up at 3 o’clock in the morning.

I did report the issues experienced with the bathroom to hotel staff: nonfunctional shower, faucet did not work, could only get a trickle of extremely hot water, sink appeared to clog after each use, bowl filled with water, eventually and slower drained, and toilet seat was loose. If the bathroom is cleaned by staff, each of the issues would have been obvious and addressed before allowing a guest to occupy the room. Shuttle service upon return took longer than quoted and then expected. Shuttle service time options to the airport required us to leave the hotel sooner than needed based on their available time slots.

The hotel & room were great and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful & friendly. Definitely recommend it & wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. The shuttle service was wonderful and the ability to leave our car there was a great help.

Christine was the desk clerk when we arrived and returned. She took great care of us. We had to shuttle out around 3am. She made us a bagged breakfast and was very helpful. On our return, I was confused about pick up spot. She called me, walked me through and had someone there right away! She was the best.

The hotel was great. Clean and a great breakfast. Check-in and catching the shuttle TO the airport at the beginning of our trip was easy. When we returned from our trip, however, and needed the shuttle from the airport back to the hotel it was awful. The shuttle does not pick up where all other airport hotel shuttles are assigned to pick-up which was not communicated to us at the beginning of our trip. After calling the hotel, we learned where we needed to be. With multiple suitcases, a small child, and an infant, this was not ideal. Once we arrived in the right pick-up spot we had to call the hotel multiple times to find out the whereabouts of the shuttle. The shuttle driver then drove past us and after calling another time we had no explanation for that and waited another 20 minutes or so in the cold with our bags and tired children. Altogether it took us about an hour to get the shuttle back to our car at the hotel.

roomed smelled bad. shuttle service to airport was great. driver very nice and helpful. upon returning from airport i called hotel 3x for pick up and no one answered the phone. a regular holiday inn hotel driver was kind enough to give us a ride to the holiday inn express. thankfully it was only 1/2 a mile away from where she was going. she received a much deserved tip for her kindness and understanding.
