Hotel was great. Only issue was that the elevators weren’t in operation. Apparently they were newly installed but hadn't been inspected yet and approved for operation. Not sure how long that has been the case. Would have been nice to have been informed of the situation ahead of time. Fortunately we had packed an overnight bag and didn’t have to schlep our suitcases up to the 3rd floor. Great concept (sleep/park/fly). Wasn’t aware of this option until now or would have used it previously.

If you have very early or late flights, this is a great way to minimize worrying about flights. The car was in safe place, the rooms are comfortable and the night staff were great. Lots of activity so it felt safe. Didn't get up in time for breakfast so no idea how it is. The day time staff could be a bit more attentive instead of just talking to each other. I had a flat tire and all I got was and Oh, too bad. No offer to help or concern expressed.

I was very disappointed in the wait time upon our return. It took almost 45 minutes to get picked up. Received different stories in regards to why this happened, but according the the driver the front desk did not tell him there was a pick up until I called a second time.

Very convenient for an early morning flight out of BWI. Rooms are clean and inviting but it's the staff that make it a great option. The lady at the desk and the driver of the shuttle are exemplary. Our car battery was dead upon return and the staff were wonderful in their assistance in getting us on our way home after a long day. Thanks.

Nice Hotel. Clean, friendly, comfortable bed. Easy checkin, Close to airport, Shuttke service quick and convenient going to airport and returning.. would definitely recommend this hotel to park and fly.
