NU Hotel Toronto Airport is conveniently located less than one mile away from the Pearson International Airport (YYZ). NU Hotel is open 24 hours every day and provides a convenient shuttle service every every 30 minutes to and from YYZ, terminal 1 ground level S5 and for terminal 3 arrival levels post 17, which then transports you to the Pearson airport. Additional items to note: 1. Credit card must be in the name of the guest to confirm the booking. In case the booking is confirmed with a third party credit card, upon arrival guest must have his/her own credit card/debit card, or pay cash. If the reservation is made using a third party credit card, in case of NO SHOW or late cancellation, the third party credit card will be charged full amount that was due at Hotel. 2. Hotel does not accept payment by Discover card. 3. Hotel is a 100% non-smoking property. 4. Extended parking is off-site, approximately five minutes from the hotel and during busy times you may be asked to valet your vehicle. 5. Additional charges will apply to larger vehicles (i.e. above 7 seats vehicles like cargo vans, large pick-up trucks, motor homes and trailers) which you will be charged upon checkin.

Hotel is Great BUT upon arrival I parked behind the building as usual but when i went to the desk was told that I had to park offsite. Very inconvenient as my flight arrived at 2:30 in the morning and I had to take a taxi to pick up my car

The shuttle didn’t come. I called three times and nobody has answered. I had to pay 24$ for a taxi. Very disappointed!!

I will not be staying at this hotel again. The main reason is the women at the front desk was SO RUDE not just to me! She cuts you off she even charged my card twice and said she will call me in two weeks to see if she can change it!? Terrible experience The parking is awful

Great place to simply rest your head before or after your flight. It was clean and simple, right next to airport. Reminds me of a hostel when I use to travel. Regardless it’s private and easy. Parking is limited but we dropped off our car at the park and fly, then shuttles back.

Hotel was nothing like expected. It is a few rooms above a Subway and another restaurant. Parking lot was tiny and difficult to get in and out of. There was a guy smoking crack by our car when we returned. Shuttle service was good and prompt. There is a reason this place is much cheaper than the others. Do some research and decide if it is worth saving some money or not.

Everything about this place was terrible. Sketchy and not really a hotel, just a bunch of rooms on the second floor of a strip mall. We ended up in one of the middle rooms, no window(!) and many many odd and strange DIY fixes to the room. Nothing worked very well and all of the fixtures were installed crooked :( It was clean, that is all I can say that is positive.

Very small room for 4 persons. Except for check in never saw anyone even in the morning. Shuttle service was 20 minutes late for pick up. Sorry but never again.

The hotel was adequate, however the pick up on our return was a disaster. We landed in terminal 3 but the pickup was at terminal 1. We were not told that this would be the location for pick up. The receptionist at the hotel would only say E3. She didn’t seem to know anything about the airport After searching for a pickup place for a long time a wonderful gentlemen at the airport who was familiar with the airport told us that E3 was at terminal 1 and directed us to the correct pick up place. I will not be recommending this hotel to any of my friends will be very vocal about the lack of information. I cannot give a smaller c customer satisfaction star than one or I would

You can hear planes, room was too hot and heat only allowed you to turn down so far. Staff at front desk were not friendly nor responsive when asked questions. Would never stay here again. The parking lot staff were rude, very unhelpful. The only good thing I have to say is the shuttle drivers were lovely.

No one on desk after 11pm. Electronic card to open door not functioning. Therefore, unable to get to room for 60 minutes. Sign posted on door said back in 10 minutes; not. Shuttle driver arrived to unlock door but his keys didn’t work. Had to call someone else who was probably in bed and we had to wait for them. No extra pillows available. Place run with too few staff. Asked for discount due to room lockout; no. Never again!!!

This is not a hotel. It’s a commercial building with ground floor commercial and apparently rooms on the second floor? Still have to confirm if zoning would allow second floor residential is even allowed.

Horrible customer service, small unclean rooms...not a hotel. Has no amenities what so ever and no services after 10pm or before 9am. When trying to reach the hotel, unable to leave messages and on hold forever. Not recommended, use another hotel. Parking isn't even on site

Hotel was noisy. Could hear TV from nearby rooms. The lobby of the hotel was hard to discern from the outside as it also was the location of two car rental counters, which were more prominently signed than the hotel was. Airport shuttle from the hotel to the airport was ten minutes early. The van had a very high step and was difficult to climb into. The driver made no effort to help us get into the van. When we arrived at the airport he parked too far from the curb, and although there were only two passengers on board he rushed to unload out bags and again made no effort the help us out of the vehicle. The combination of the long step down and being too far from the curb resulted in my wife falling and injuring her knee. On our return we were unsure when the shuttle would arrive as our documentation did not mention that they run every 20 minutes, so I made an unnecessary call to Nu Hotel to try and find out. The person I talked to was more interested in finding out my complete information, including my home address, that telling me he didn't know when the shuttle would arrive, and he was making no effort to find out. When the shuttle did arrive, again the driver was more interested in getting the baggage loaded than making sure the passengers were able to get on board. He offered no help to the young woman with a baby who struggled to get on and the off when we got back to the parking area. If I use this service again I will be more choosy about which hotel I use. I have used this service before with a different hotel and that experience was much better.

We have stayed at NU many times in the past with mixed results. But this time was by far the best ---- what happened? The room was the same clean and functional unit but the staff was downright pleasant and efficient. Long-term parking was convenient. The airport shuttle was on time at 4:30 in the morning, and then fast on the pick-up at Terminal 3. Keep up the good work!
