Shuttle will depart based on hotel shuttle schedule not on demand.

Good Hotel. Was Hotter than the hinges of hell in the hallway. Shuttle driver who took us to the airport on July 10 was too busy talking on his phone to help us load bags, what really did it for me was when he pointed at me, and mumbled "You load" while he was talking to another hotel to book more passengers

Clean and comfortable. Enjoyed food and drinks at the restaurant that were excellent. Shuttle service to the airport started at 3:20am which made customs a little tight for our 6:15am flight but the driver was lovely.

We stayed at this hotel on our vacation departure and on our arrival night. Unfortunately, we woke up in the morning with a ceiling flood in the washroom!! We were in a rush to go and didn’t have time to call anybody to come and fix it!! We couldn’t use the washroom! And when I told the receptionist about my issue and showed her my video. She didn’t even say sorry for what happened or offered any other option for us! She said we should have called the technical service to come and fix it so we can use it!!! That’s was so disappointing! I still have the video and I’m gonna post soon on social media so people be aware of the technical issues in that hotel!

Satisfied. Little more proactive when they send shuttle to pick you up from the airport. It never came and they could have informed me that the shuttle will not be and to take a taxi and they will reimburse the cost, which they did promptly. But had to wait nearly an hour and no shuttle arrived and so called back and was told that the shuttle will not be there and to take a taxi back to hotel to pickup the car. Otherwise rest was fine.

The room was dirty. It smelled extremely musty and the bathroom had water stains on the counter. Really disappointed. When the shuttle came to pick us up the shuttle driver was less then welcoming. We said thank you a bunch of times and not a response in return. The shuttle is old and creepy. We will not be staying at the Four Points again.

Hotel was fine but when we phoned about getting picked up when we returned from our trip we were told they were no longer running the shuttle so we had to take a cab for $32. Next trip we will be going back to Park and Fly.

Hotel good. Only problem was with 1our 15 wait for pickup. This was addressed with manager and very co-op and volunteered a discount. Problem was with front desk and he will address it to the person. We have used this before and due to manager we will stay again in the new year. Your web site makes it clear and can assess all the optional hotels. Works well for us
